Terms and Conditions

By submitting any photographs or videos (the "Content") to Obama for America (the "Campaign"), you have agreed to the terms of our Submission Agreement. Pursuant to the Submission Agreement, a copy of which is attached to this email, you have agreed to grant to the Campaign a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free right and license to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works of and otherwise use the Content in any manner. In addition, you have represented and warranted that (a) you are the sole owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Content and that no interest in the Content is owned or controlled by your employer or any other corporation or entity; (b) you have read and complied with the guidelines provided by the campaign regarding the taking of such Content and have obtained and provided to the Campaign written releases from anyone appearing in such Content, (c) you have the unconditional right to submit the Content to the Campaign and to grant the rights granted hereunder, and (d) the Content does not and will not violate or infringe upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including without limitation any copyright, right of privacy or right of publicity. You acknowledge that the Campaign shall have no obligation to publish, review or use any Content you submit in any manner.
