Join an Obama Organizing Team in Iowa

From the earliest days of this movement, we have seen that real change in America does not come from the top down, but from the bottom up. Now you can be a part of that change and start making a difference in your own neighborhood.

Obama Organizing Teams have three levels of involvement:

Obama Team Leader: Team Leaders are the backbone of our organization. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for implementing and executing our strategy within your region. Team Leaders will work with a group of precinct captains to contact voters and recruit volunteers.
Obama Precinct Captain: As a Precinct Captain, you will help deliver Barack’s message of change to your neighbors. Precinct Captains are the face of our campaign within their precinct. Precinct captains will work with their field organizers and Team Leaders to execute our strategy within their own precinct.
Volunteer: Want to be involved, but not sure what you can commit to? That's ok, we still want you to be a part of this movement. Sign up as a volunteer, and one of our Field Organizers will be in touch with opportunities that work around your schedule.
