RWFO is a grassroots organization with the goal of raising awareness and funds to help the Obama for America campaign reach out to women voters, and express the importance of this election and Obama’s position on issues concerning women. At stake in this election, among other things, is equal pay for women, advancement in domestic violence laws and protection, laws that support a balance between work and family for men and women, fixing our health care system, supporting research for women’s health, ending the war in Iraq, expanding early education, protecting Title IX, protecting our environment, and protecting women’s reproductive choices.
