Barack Obama and I are committed to changing the political process by building a campaign built on a broad base of support from ordinary Americans.

The media will report that this will be the most expensive presidential campaign ever, costing more than $1 billion. Americans spend several billions of dollars a year on Halloween candy, though.

Though I'm ultimately in favor of public financing of our elections, I also know that in order to see the world change, we have to change it. And that takes time and/or money. I'm personally committing to spending $100 of my own money to make the world a better place by electing Barack Obama president. How much do you want to see the world change for the better?
