For each of us, it's something a little different. So, so much is at stake in 2008!

The Supreme Court is at stake. Media ownership (the "free press") is at stake. Internet Neutrality is at stake. Free and fair elections in the U.S. are at stake. Our economy, health care, homes, and children's futures are at stake. The very ability of our planet to sustain life is at stake The list goes on and on ... 

Although Barack Obama and I do not see eye to eye on everything, we both are committed to changing the political process by building a campaign founded on a broad base of support from ordinary Americans.

Our best chance – BY FAR – to keep democracy alive in America, to keep our hopes and dreams and jobs alive, to keep the planet alive for our children and grandchildren, is to elect Barack Obama as president of the United States in the 2008 election!

But to do that, Barack needs help from people like you and me.
