ObamaNomics for America and the World

Barack Obama - Change I Can Believe In

The standout thing about Barack Obama's campaign has been a clarion call to bring change from the ground up, clean up the dirty politics, cut thru the spin  and get citizens involved and informed with the issues of the day - energy, the economy, food price inflation and an out of control financial industry.

Change comes from the ground up and is a long drawn process that needs to start   with an informed citizenry, that gets involved and is lead by a man of unshaking commitment and belief in the power of hope and change.  I believe in this man - enough said!! This line here says it all!!

“I believe that America's free market has been the engine of America's great progress. It's created a prosperity that is the envy of the world. It's led to a standard of living unmatched in history. And it has provided great rewards to the innovators and risk-takers who have made America a beacon for science, and technology, and discovery…We are all in this together. From CEOs to shareholders, from financiers to factory workers, we all have a stake in each other's success because the more Americans prosper, the more America prospers.” — Barack Obama, New York, NY, September 17, 2007

I've set my own personal fundraising goal for the campaign, which you can see in the thermometer to the right.
