Subodh Chandra and Sen. Obama in Columbus, OH '06 Senator Barack Obama is now poised to help us have the kind of America we were all promised as children. Senator Obama refuses to take money from PACs or lobbyists; rather, he and I are committed to changing the political process by building a campaign built on a broad base of support from ordinary Americans--not the special interests who have dominated our country's decision-making for too long. Unfortunately, we still live in a system where we need to ask for the resouces needed to communicate and win. I've set my own personal online fundraising goal for the campaign, which you can see in the thermometer to the right.
