Barack Obama and I are committed to changing the political process by building a campaign built on a broad base of support from ordinary Americans.

I've set my own personal fundraising goal for the campaign ($2195), which you can see in the thermometer to the right.  My goal centers around my husband and his job.  He is in the US Army and has not been to IRAQ--quite rare.  His current assignment is a recruiter. I'd like 100 people to donate $21.95 in honor of a member of the United States Armed Services.  Additionally, I'd like to compose a list of all the brave men and women honored by your donations.
