Why $1,800? The number 18 is the numeric "value" of the Hebrew word, 'Chai', which means 'Life'.  The concept of chai is important in Jewish culture. The typical Jewish toast is l'chayim (to life), and gifts to charity are routinely given in multiples of 18.

Because it's vitally important to continue to spread the truth beyond the reaches of the lies, I'm asking you to reach into your pockets one more time.  Help us help Barack Obama bring peace and prosperity -- and Chai -- to this country and this world.
