Barack Obama and I are committed to changing the political process by building a campaign built on a broad base of support from ordinary Americans.

I've set my own personal fundraising goal for the campaign, which you can see in the thermometer to the right.

I have initiated a group called DIVERSITYforOBAMA. I plan to grow this group to 5000 members by the end of 2007. I have also planned to have members of this group meet in Washington D.C. to show the world that we are taking an active role in choosing our next President. I have also pledged $1 for each member that joins me in Washington D.C. Will you make a donation to help me reach my goal?
