As a young college student in the 60's, I (and my husband too) marched and worked to end the Vietnam War. My husband refused induction and had a trial. Since that wrenching time when we had our lives on the line, no election has been as important as this one! We give to this campaign when we can, but, set up this fundraising to inspire others to carry on the mission to CHANGE the direction of this country. Peace. We are committed...and hope you will help. Once I meet my goal, I hope you will continue to support Barack through our Quilters for Obama group fundraising page. That has been my main project to support Obama this summer!
