To vote in the South Dakota Democratic primary on June 3rd, you must register as a Democrat by May 19th.
You must be:- Registered as a Democrat
- A resident of South Dakota
- 18 years or older by June 3, 2008

Before beginning your voter registration drives, you should contact your county auditor for guidance. Specifically, in South Dakota, all individuals registering voters must provide to the voter their contact information. Additionally, if you collect a voter registration form, you must file it with the county auditor within ten days or by the voter registration deadline, whichever occurs first.
