Vote for Change Kickoff- Local (Voter Registration Drive (Official Event))
Voter Registration and Mobilization Drive: With this election, we have the chance to ensure that more voters than ever take an active stake in our country’s future. Please join your fellow Obama supporters from Ventura County and Western San Fernando Valley. Sign-in, coffee and pastries will begin at 9:45 The program will begin promptly at 10:00 with a brief training and a great guest speaker. Then we'll pair off in small groups and drive to public areas to register voters (optionally setting up tables). We'll return back to Cameron Center for music and refreshments at 2:00 pm. Please join us!

Voter registration sites are throughout Thousand Oaks as well as: Newbury Park, Westlake, Camarillo, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Oxnard, Calabasas and Woodland Hills.

Bring a clipboard and (optionally) lightweight table/chair. Other optional items: Obama hat or t-shirt or plain baseball cap. Bring a camera to get your picture take with Barack (life size cut-out!) Parking is limited (carpools encouraged) and driveway speed limit of 10 mph is strictly enforced.
