Comic-Con Voter Registration (Voter Registration Drive)
Register comic fans from all over San Diego county and the nation to vote at the international comic convention! This will be a dynamic and exciting voter registration event. Featuring the Capt. Obama voter registration team (i.e. you) and with guest appearances from wonder woman! Jedi Obama (the force of hope) and Sith Lord Mccain, will pre-enact the coming battle between good and evil.. Come be a part of our patriotic revelry! We need volunteers for two hour shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will be registering voters from 9-6 on all days. Please indicate in your RSVP which day and which shift you are available! Training will be provided on site. For those true followers of Star Wars lore, we need volunteers willing to help us authentically perform these epic light saber duels! Please let me know if you would like to don the Jedi or dark lord robe and participate in these masked battles. Also, we have a jedi robe, but we are in need of a sith robe to complete our ensembles. If you happen to have a sith robe in your possession, please loan it to the cause!
