Voter Registration in South Pittsburgh, July 19th and 20th (Voter Registration Drive)
Come out for some fun and Voter Registration this weekend! The Obama Organizing Fellows assigned to south Pittsburgh are organizing a number of voter registration activities this Saturday and Sunday. Saturday morning we will be going to the Strip District to catch moring shoppers. for the rest of the weekend, we'll be moving around the city to register voters wherever we can find them in large numbers! We'll be meeting throughout the day at the small plaza (Esser Plaza) on the corner of 12th street and E. Carson Street in the Southside. The organizing fellows will provide and/or organize transportation from there to the areas of high foot traffic that we'll be working in. Meeting times: Sat: 9:30am, 12:45pm, 4:45pm. Sun: 12:45pm, 4:45pm. When you RSVP, make sure to include your phone number and the day and meeting time that you would like to come to in the "Comment" box. Hope to See you this weekend!
