Music and Mental Health for Obama (Unite for Change)
this is an idea to be discussed and not a scheduled event. Both my husband and I are Juilliard graduates in piano. I changed careers to psychology/psychoanalysis...and have a clinical practice and do quite a bit of work in the areas of music,mind, and emotion as well as performance anxiety. My husband, Louis, is Prof. Piano University of Michigan...and concert artist.......we would LOVE to work for BArack in the area of the arts and mental health and would like to organize an event (I can send you an editorial to our local paper I recently had published on the topid) - (or benefit concert) for the campaign...We believe that President Obama will support the arts and mental health ..Let us know if this idea appeals to you and we will organize something.....we are not available for June 28 due to previous commitment...but would like to contribute our talents and our enthusiasm in the areas above.
