Call Undecided Voters in MI - From Your Cell Phone in New York! (Phone Bank)
We live in a beautifully blue state but can impact this campaign without even leaving the city! This Sunday afternoon, September 14th, we’ll be calling undecided voters in Michigan to talk to them (and, even more effectively, listen to them talk) about the issues that matter to them. (Don’t worry - we’ll have ready to go talking points.) We’ll also record what issues they’d like more information about so that the campaign can send it to them. We’ll be calling off the Michigan campaign’s official voter database. If you have a laptop, please bring it. I have wireless, and we’ll update the lists as we call to save time entering information when we’re finished. No worries though if you don’t have a laptop – let me know and I’ll plan accordingly. Where: 368 Cumberland, apt 2 Brooklyn – take almost any train to the Atlantic/Pacific stop. Take the HANSON exit. Walk down Hanson until you hit Fulton. Soft right on Fulton. Fulton hits Cumberland. Call if you need help – 734-262-1930 When: 5-8, Sunday Sept. 14. If you can come at 5 – great! I’ll set people up and give the brief intro to persuasion calls. If not, PLEASE come when you can. Who: You, your friends, significant others, distant relations, and anyone else you can bring into this to unite for change. Why: Who do you want for president? How: Bring a cell phone and a laptop (if you have one). Questions? Let me know. Please let me know if you can make it! Hope to see you Sunday, Shira
