32nd Ward Volunteer Kick Off Meeting (Organizing)
Come Be a Part of the NEW 32nd Ward Democratic Party 32 Days For The 32nd Ward to Make a Difference! Over the last several months, we have worked to register hundreds of new voters in our ward and have been coordinating efforts with the Obama for America campaign to help bring HOPE back to our country. But CHANGE begins close to home and YOU can be a part of it! Join your friends, co-workers, family and neighbors THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4th, for this incredible opportunity to get involved in your community. There has never been a more important time than NOW to get involved in the political process. WHEN: October 4, 2008 TIME: 9:30-11:00 am WHERE: Holstein Park auditorium (2200 N. Oakley) This meeting will be hosted by State Representative & 32nd Ward Democratic Committeeman John Fritchey, and will include special guest Anita Alvarez, Democratic Nominee for Cook County State's Attorney. We will be discussing our phone banking operations, upcoming debate watching events and voter information programs, as well as Election Day activities. Whether you have a lot of time to volunteer, or just an hour here and there, learn about how you can get involved between now and Election Day to make a difference.
