UPBlue4You! - Coordinated Event (Organizing)
Hi All: Volunteers are forming a group in University Place to support our local candidates and people on the City Council in University Place. The goal is to go to City Council Meetings, show support for or local democrats (non-partisan on the council and learn about local issues. We want University Place to be "blue4you!" Council meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. We want to have at least 10 good people who will attend regularly, volunteers can rotate out. This event is being sponsored by Uppeopleforobama, and future candidates Rose Ehart and Eric Choiniere, and Current UP City Council Member, Jean Brooks.
