Scott's Inauguration Day Dinner Party (Meeting)
Barack Obama is our new president and we all helped make that happen.
Let’s celebrate this new day our nation’s history with a party on inauguration Day.
As much as I value the contribution that I and all of you made to this campaign I also value the people that I met along the way and I want to get together with all of you and hear what you experienced during the campaign and what you hope this new day in American history will mean for our country and the world.
Unless someone wants to provide something special I plan to provide all the food drinks and including the Blue 'Bama on Ba-Rocks and maybe I will figure out how to make a baked Alaskan pie.
We can also talk a bought ways we can channel our new found organizing and volunteering skills to help make a positive impact on other causes that we care a bought like overturning prop 8.
Other events on inauguration Day:
I plan to take the day off of work and go to the Cerrito Speak Easy theater in El Cerritoto hear Obama give his speech live on the big screen. I plan to get there at 8:00 and they say the speech is scheduled for 9:00 am pacific time.
