Barack Obama: 2008 Election Celebration (Fundraising)
The 4th November, 2008 will be a night of victory and history. Come join Obama-Biden friends, supporters and volunteers at the Middle East Club (Downstairs) to celebrate Election Night 2008! "America, we can not turn back. Not with so much work to be done. Not with so many children to educate, and so many veterans to care for. Not with an economy to fix and cities to rebuild and farms to save. Not with so many families to protect and so many lives to mend. America, we cannot turn back. We cannot walk alone. At this moment, in this election, we must pledge once more to march into the future" - Barack Obama. Leedz Edutainment www.myspace.com/leedzedutainment will provide live music throughout the night hosted by Ricky Mortis(featuring: Edo.G, Slaine, Akrobatik, INDIfferent Arts to name a few...and DJ ON & ON of the Launchpad). Suggested donation: $12.00 (Online RSVP and Students with valid ID) $15.00 at the door based on availability. If you wish to donate more, please feel free to do so. When faced with impossible odds, generations of Americans have responded with a simple creed that sums up the spirit of a people: Yes we can. This campaign is about building a different kind of politics. Come be apart of the new generation of Americans. Come celebrate a night of victory and history!
