Everyone under 65, march into a social security office and demand your Medicare card. You may want to carry the Equal protection section of the 14th amendment with you. Get a written denial, and then appeal. Goals:
1 Establish a pattern off discrimination with some legal teeth

3 Single payer an easier sell than the PO, that still leaves most people out and creates another entitlement for a selected few, 5%. Single payer is all inclusive, thereby creating less resentment and can be explain in two sentences: This is how it works. You pay your premiums through payroll withholdings, just like ssi, medicare, etc. and you get the care free. By eliminating the middleman, you pay a lot less and Drs get pay better. It's simple and it answers that very human question "what's in it for me?".
4 The history of civil rights proves that more progress can be done through the 14th amendment equal protection clause than through politics.
