1st Presidential Debate Watch at Galaxy Cinema (Fundraising)
Join 250 of your friends, family, and neighbors to watch the first presidential debate of this historic election season. We'll gather to watch the happenings on the big screen at Galaxy Cinema in Cary. TICKETS ARE FREE AND AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. Reservations are highly recommended. The series of four debates (three for the presidential candidates and one for the vice presidential candidates) are all scheduled to start at 9 p.m. Eastern time and last for 90 minutes. We'll open the doors at 8:00 p.m. so folks can meet and mingle before the debate. Obama/Biden campaign staff will be on hand for questions and information about getting involved in local Obama/Biden campaign efforts. The first debate in the series will focus on foreign policy. It takes place at the University of Mississippi in Oxford.
