Gail and Ginny's "Powers of 10" for Transformation! (Fundraising)
Join us at a fun and unique "Powers of Ten" informal garden gathering Saturday July 5 from noon - 3 in Atherton. After this engaging afternoon in community, you'll be revved up and ready to more fully support change that leaves the "old politics" behind. We'll help you powerfully multiply your enthusiasm, belief, and determination to put Obama in the White House.
At this unique moment in human history, we search for meaningful ways to participate in the transformation of our country and life on Planet Earth. People who want to be participants in creating the change in our country, in our daily lives, in our visions are invited to this unusual gathering. We will sit with people whose passions are parallel, weaving our visions and intentions.
Become a weaver in mending the tapestry of life in America!
Explore your personal commitment to change, and to ensuring that Obama reaches the White House. Hear local leaders suggest ways to make a difference. Share dreams and fantasies, weave a dream catcher, a wreath, a weaving, or create a banner. Find a compadre to take action.
Suggested contribution is 10 times whatever you paid for your last pair of shoes, or the drink you bought at a café. Bring a friend; or 10 friends! Let's each commit to 10 actions to make a real CHANGE in November!
Bring Pot luck Goodies to share, and bring a swimsuit and towel if you want to swim. Kids welcome (but no lifeguard...).
