Downtown Cleveland Residents Debate Watch Party (Debate Watch Party)
On September 9, 2008 over 60 Cleveland YPs gathered at Bar Cento/Bier Markt in a movement of change as we rallied and provided support to Senator Barack Obama in his campaign for President. Hosted by a group of young professionals who were personally inspired by Senator Obama's vision for America, this event served as a perfect networking opportunity for those who wished to meet other like-minded young professionals, learn of campaign volunteer opportunities and generally rally their support for Senator Barack Obama. Thanks to local YPs, we were able to raise over $10,000 for Senator Barack Obama for President. Now, we would like to offer the same networking opportunities to Cleveland's downtown residents supporting Obama by welcoming you into our home... Join us for complimentary drinks and snacks to watch the first Presidential Debate, meet other like-minded downtown dwellers and learn of campaign volunteer opportunities in downtown Cleveland. With over 10,000 people living downtown, Senator Obama needs your support in these final days until the election. There is no cost to attend this watch party. We hope you can join us and bring one of your neighbors. If you have any questions, feel free to email Hannah Belsito at hfritzman03@jcu.edu
