JANUARY 18, 2009 SEATS SOLD OUT!
Thanks to our own State Representative Eddie Washington, 60th District, a charter bus has been secured for our trip to Washington D.C. so that we can be a part of the historical inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden!
Itinerary: JANUARY 19-21, 2009
1. Leave Lake County, IL January 19, 2009, Arrive at hotel same day.
2. Go to D.C. Monday evening for Inaugural Ball (those who have purchased tickets through MYBO Grassroots Inaugural Ball committee) - return to hotel monday evening.
3. Leave hotel morning of January 20, 2009 arriving in D.C. for inauguration and parade.
4. Return to hotel Tuesday evening and leave for Lake County, morning of January 21, 2009, arriving in Lake County, Illinois by 7PM.

Please plan to pay with cash no later than December 8TH so that a deposit required by the charter bus company can be paid. I will be available after 5PM daily, M-Friday and Saturday and Sunday between 10AM and 2PM to collect your deposit at 554 S. McAlister Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085. I will provide a receipt and keep a copy in my file.
I have confirmed a block of spacious rooms with 2 double queen beds at a great convention center hotel in Carlisle, PA. The cost per night is $75. You may lower your cost by sharing a room with your friend or one to three of our passengers.
Once your deposit has been collected, I will forward the hotel information so that you can reserve your room.
