Volunteering at the Greater Chicago Food Depository (Community Service)
Join us in a hands-on volunteer session at the Greater Chicago Food Depository! We'll re-pack donated food and other products while connecting with each other. Please take this opportunity to turn words into action! For more info about the Food Depository, visit www.chicagosfoodbank.org
Volunteers must wear pants and closed-toed shoes. Jeans and sneakers are best. No one may work in shorts, tank tops or open-toed shoes.
Each volunteer is encouraged (but not required) to bring an item of canned food and make a donation to the Obama campaign on the Obama Supporters Against Hunger and Poverty group.
