The DetailsObama Works: New Haven Sweep (Community Service)
After assembling at Yale's Af-Am house, we will be fanning out across New Haven to put our convictions into action by cleaning up New Haven streets.
By doing this, we will show that the Obama movement is about action and not just words, as some have accused, and we'll keep ourselves fired up as we await more election results. Please come show your Obama enthusiasm and support Obama Works! Also, if you can bring any brooms, dustbins, gloves, or garbage bags, we would appreciate it. We are not part of the campaign, so we are somewhat low (i.e. no) budget.
