The University of Utah Hinckley Institute of Politics presents Dr. Susan E. Rice, senior foreign policy advisor to Barack Obama, to speak about the Judgement to Lead: Obama foreign policy. Dr. Susan Rice will be speaking about Sen. Obama's foreign policy plans and then taking questions from the audience.
