EVENT INFO: On Sunday, June 1st at 9pm EASTERN TIME please join us (wherever you are) in saying the following prayer of reflection, reconciliation and healing of the American People under the leadership of Barack Obama as the 44th president of the USA. LIGHT A WHITE CANDLE BEFORE PRAYING. We will all read the following prayer in our homes or wherever you gather at exactly 9 p.m. EASTERN TIME. Please adjust for your time zone. You do not have to share your thoughts with anyone. This is a moment of personal reflection and positive energy for change. HERE IS THE PRAYER: World Prayer Circle for the Healing Of America; "SEE GOD IN EACH OTHER" Thank you (God), for all of the gifts and the blessings you have bestowed upon us, which we enjoy and take for granted everyday. We gather together today to pray for deep and profound healing in America. Please remove from our mind, body and hearts our fear, anger, hate and envy. I invite you to come into my life and the lives of all Americans to heal this great nation. Heal our thoughts with love and compassion for our fellow human each and everyday. Help us to never judge anyone, because of race, national origin, color, religious belief and life style. Help us to see God in each other. Please grant us the courage to look within our hearts, work within our community and be the change we want to see in the world. Shower your blessings on Barack and Michelle Obama and their family. Surround them with your protective light as they endeavor to bring about positive change in America and unite the American people in reconciliation and healing with the people of the world. Hear our prayer and bestow your blessings on Barack Obama to become the 44th President of the United States. Heal the people of Iraq and all those who have lost loved ones to this senseless war. Please guide our leaders to find a way to end this war and bring our soldiers home. Make the way clear to begin the process of healing and reconciliation between Non-Muslim and Muslim people all over the world. Help us all to reject extremist/hate groups and walk together in the light of peace and mutual respect. May God bless each and every living being on earth and help us to find a way to live harmoniously together. Help us to see God in each other. And finally, we ask for a special blessing on those who have gathered to pray with us today. If we are hurting, please heal us. Surround us all with your protective light and give us hope in these difficult times, until we gather together again in your name. I release these desires for the highest and greatest good of all.
