Visibility Event (Meeting)
Brooklyn for Barack!
Hey All,
Schellie Hagan is doing a visibility event tomorrow (Sunday, Jan. 20) at LIU (Long Island University), located at Flatbush and DeKalb Avenues in Brooklyn. It's an MLK (Martin Luther King, Jr.) celebration event and we think it would be a good place to hold an Obama visibility event and distribute some flyers. Schellie will be there at 3 p.m. on the corner of Flatbush and DeKalb in front of LIU. If you're interested please meet her there, or contact her at: 917-543-1353; e-mail: aimshow@hotmail.com.

We also need volunteers this week to poster businesses, hand out literature at subways and on the streets, do phonebanking, visit colleges and talk to student leaders/also distribute literature. If you are available at any time this week, please contact me. We have work to do in Crown Heights, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Flatbush, East New York, Bushwick, among other places.
We're 17 days out with a lot of work to do to build visibility but we can do it. Barack can win a big chunk of the delegates in New York if we all get in this. We need any and all resources that you have to offer.
