Obama Policy Discussion Group of "The Blueprint for Change" (Meeting)
Santa Fe Grassroots for Obama aims to become better informed on Obama's position on issues and policies and, thus, be better able to tell friends and voters why Barack deserves their vote. To that end, Santa Fe Grassroots will hold their second Obama policy discussion group on Monday, June 9th, at 7:00 pm. The group will discuss "The Blueprint for Change," Barack Obama's Plan for America*. This 64-page booklet gives a good sense about where Barack stands on the fundamental issues facing our country. In his own words, "I also hope that this booklet sparks a dialogue and that, after you’ve finished reading it, you get in touch with our campaign and give us your thoughts on the policies you find here. It’s time to put government back in your hands, where it belongs. If we want to have policies that are good for the American people, then we need the American people to help shape those policies."
