First Meeting: Gowanus-Faux Slope-Sunset Park for Obama (Meeting)
Just a reminder that the first Gowanus/Sunset Park/"Faux" Slope meeting is on wednesday night and we'd love to see some new faces there. If yuo know any message boards or people from these neighborhoods, please pass this along. It should be a great meeting!

The first meet-up for people in the Gowanus/Sunset Park/"Faux Slope" (South Slopers and those of us to the West)! I'm just trying to get a feel for who is around this area and willing to get some voter registration drives going, or organize other events. We'll have snacks, some drinks and talk about what we can do to get the word out.

Take the F, R, or M to the 4th and 9th stop in Brooklyn. Walk south to 11th and down the slope to 3rd. The door is on the 11th St side. Ring the bell for Lauren & Nick. We may be on the roof if there are a lot of people, so dress appropriately. Bring a 6-pack or some snacks if you want. |
