Vote for Change at the Hudson Valley Father's Day Parade & Festival (Voter Registration Drive)
Volunteers a are needed for the Father's Day Parade and Festival in Waryas Park in Poughkeepsie, NY.on Saturday, June 14th, Poughkeepsie, NY ***Free food, music, and entertainment for the whole family. KISS FM radio station will be broadcasting this event and will be interviewing us on the air! Don't miss the opportunity to get out the vote and make a real difference in this campaign! This is our moment, Dutchess County! Yes We Can!*** * 10:45am~12:00pm~Decorate Obama Vehicle~Meet at the parking lot at the corner of Catharine St and Mill St (We have the vehicle, now we need your creative ideas, supplies, and help decorating it for the parade!) * 12:00pm~1:00pm~Join us at the Parade from Main Street to Waryas Park (Please wear your Obama shirts and buttons! We need a lot of volunteers to walk/ride with us in the parade!) * 10:30am ~Set up table at the Festival~~11:00am-5:00pm~Festival at Waryas Park, Poughkeepsie, NY (We need volunteers to set up and sit at the voter registration table, sell buttons, recruit new volunteers, hand out events flyers.)
