Join us for a tour of and gathering at the oldest house in Loudoun County, located in Taylorstown, VA, a beautiful hidden corner of Loudoun, VA. This casual get-together is for people interested in the Obama candidacy and his campaign...an opportunity to get together and share ideas and inspiration. Let's unite behind our democratic candidate and learn about his ideas and the policies he wants to implement. It will be an inspiring day of new ideas in an old, old home, with the Light hors d'oeuvres and soft drinks provided. RSVP please.

From West/East/South: Take your favorite route (e.g., Greenway Toll Road Rt. 267, Route 15 or Route 7) to Leesburg. Proceed west past Leesburg on Route 7 toward Winchester (this is exit 1A from Toll Road). Take exit for Route 9, Charles Town, WV (first major exit after Leesburg). Take first right at Clarks Gap Rd. (Rt. 662 at the Shell Station) toward Waterford. Proceed through Waterford staying on Rt. 662 past churches on left and Waterford Elementary on left. At this point, the road changes name/number to Loyalty Road/Rt. 665. Take Loyalty Road 5-6 miles until to comes to an end at Taylorstown. The house is directly ahead (old stone country cottage and Obama signs!). From Maryland/North: Take Rt. 15 south toward Leesburg. As you pass over Potomac River at Point of Rocks, take the very first right over the bridge: Lovettsville Rd Rt. 672. Proceed on Lovettsville Rd. for 3 or so miles to Taylorstown Rd on left (at an intersection of 2-3 roads merging). Follow couple miles to Taylorstown. As you pass over the bridge at Catoctin Creek, the house is the very first house on Left over the bridge. Look for the Obama sign. |
