For the FIRST TIME, our hard-rocking friends from Camp Clinton will be sharing the stage. Welcome!
And, for the FIRST TIME, Sing for Obama moves across the river to the key swing state of Virginia. We've already taken DC by storm, but there's hard work and hotter singing to do in voter-rich Northern Virginia, which, it turns out, is just a few Metro stops or a very short drive from DC and Maryland.
We'll be taking over the back room at Bailey's Pub and Grille in Ballston Common, just two blocks from the Orange line's Ballston Metro stop. As ever, Northeast Corridor will be laying down the karaoke grooves, and all you Obama and Clinton fans are invited up on stage to live out your rock star fantasies. Choose from a plethora of rock and pop classics, from the Beatles to Blondie, from Journey to the Jackson Five -- all for just $20.
Happy hour at 7, band gets going a bit after 8.
If you're a Northern Virginian, rejoice at your good fortune and the wild fun you have in store. If you're a Washingtonian or Marylander, it's time to get acquainted with crossing the river to the most conveniently located swing state this area has ever seen.
