Register for Change, Rally for Hope, Learn about Obama. - On the intersection of Route 22 and Mill Street in Dover Plains, the Dover Plains for Obama group is holding an all-day (9AM to 6PM) voter registration drive, coupled with information tables about Senator Barack Obama.
