Interested in coordinating communication for campaign in your region

Data Coordinator

Manages all data for the team, including voter registration data, volunteer data and voter identification data.

Creates call & walk lists tailored for specific activities

Collects, consolidates and reports results of activity electronically

Enters data regularly or recruits others to do this work

Computer savvy

Interested in ensuring that campaign numbers are accurate and up to date.

Willing to do data entry or help train & support others to do data entry.

Volunteer Coordinator

Empowers others to recruit volunteers by training them and providing them with volunteer sign-up forms.

Manages volunteers, plugging them into roles and actions that will help the team reach its goals.

Enjoys one on one meetings, phone calls or correspondence with prospective new volunteers to get them engaged.

Calm under pressure, able to stay cool with many people around

Resource Coordinator

Identifies and procures donations of materials, copies, services or meeting space.

Creative Thinker ? finder of things in unimagined places.

Someone who can make something work on a shoe string.

Able to ask people to contribute in unusual ways to ensure the success of the team ? from photocopies to cookies to casseroles to chairs to cell phone minutes.

Phone Bank Coordinator

Creates and leads phone banking team.

Provides training and coaching to volunteers.

Helps to articulate goals and facilitates debrief after each session or identifies others who can do this.

Responsible for getting data to the Data Coordinator after each phone bank.

Interest in managing an operation vital to campaign success.

Enthusiastic about being on a phone.

Enjoys helping others in overcoming shyness & fears.

Canvass Coordinator

Creates and leads the canvass team.

Finds staging locations for canvasses.

Trains canvass teams.

Provides data updates to Data Coordinator on a regular basis.

Interested in managing an operation critical to campaign success.

Enthusiastic about going door to door, being outside, walking, talking to neighbors.

Enjoys maps and learning about neighborhoods.

Faith Outreach Coordinator

Leading outreach to faith communities in your region to do voter registration and volunteer recruitment.

Ability to talk with people of different faiths and different denominations.

Ability to coordinate many people to engage in action at the same time.
