North Dakota Voting Rules
North Dakota is the only state without voter registration.Voter Registration Form:
This is a Voter’s Affidavit. Forms can be found here.
Deadline to Register:
Election Day, November 4.
Voter Eligibility:
U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old on the day of an election, a legal North Dakota resident, and a resident in the precinct for 30 days preceding the election.

Is not possible in North Dakota
Absentee Voting:
No excuse required. Voter must mail, fax, or deliver in person an application for an absentee ballot to the local county Auditor.

Dates: Ballots must be returned or postmarked by the day before the election.
Early Vote:
Some counties, during the 15 days prior to an election, open an early voting precinct so that voters of the county can stop by and vote whenever they happen to be near the voting location. Find yours at this website.
