CONTEXT / INTRODUCTION
The present constitutional amendment necessarily exercises the most fundamental power of a republican government as established under the United States Constitution — the primary right of the people to establish law, to govern themselves, to restrain government to the absolute bounds of representation, and to remove and to repair the damages of usurpations. A further qualified object of this petition is to prescribe mathematically perfected economy™ as a formal and indispensable means of diverse further rights. Provided arguments submit this appeal as the only plausible instrument of its vital purposes, which are no less than to avert world-wide monetary failure and to establish a lawful basis for true monetary and political justice.
The suggested process is to read this document casually for a general understanding of its parts and strategy before giving it serious study.
FORMATIVE DISCUSSION
We have still just one formative debate regarding this petition. One party believes this material should be reduced to the simple form of the second amendment — the right to mathematically perfected economy™ shall not be infringed. Being as the ground work of proving mathematically perfected economy™ is behind us, it is possible to do this. But there are three principal reasons why I am resistant to conforming to the precedent.
First, by eliminating an explicit prescription from our law, we open the way to revision and conflict which may arise without any authority whatever. Regardless of its faults, this was the unlawful fate of the gold standard.
Secondly, one of the most important objects of this amendment is to protect us from injustice and incompetence by imposing a higher standard upon law — by requiring even that its principles, objects and means not only be declared, but subject even to popular invalidation outside of the previous, ostensible means of representation which time has proven are so subvertable. This ability of even a single citizen to invalidate all law failing to meet the standards of this amendment, would not only itself have defeated the so called Federal Reserve Act long ago; it largely makes all abuse of power impractical, because it makes any and every detail of abuse so subject to rejection. Of course, the very law which establishes this necessary innovation must itself be subject to the standard, because the purpose of the standard is to open the way to perfection by the subject populace, and to give them the greatest possible power to hold their representatives accountable for popularly defined representation — all of which authorities are likewise established by this amendment, and all of which objects would readily be defeated if the amendment were reduced to just such a mere expression of intent.
Finally, if an ostensibly self ruling populace will not make itself master of the prescription, it knows not even to what it consents. Nothing in my opinion could be more careless or undeserving.
Yes then, this proposal, in applying not only to further amendments, but to all existent law, and even prescribing the perfection of economy, comprises some actually, relatively small measure of material beyond the sums to which we may be accustomed. But even as one of its purposes is to require a higher standard than misleading nomenclature, we can hardly just say that the right to mathematically perfected economy™ shall not be infringed.

In no court or other body may relevant application of the Constitution be denied; and for any authority, person, court or body, however ostensibly empowered or otherwise committed, and whether prevailing or not, to have sought to deny relevant application of the Constitution is a severe criminal transgression against the people and a severe criminal transgression of this act.
SECTION 7. ECONOMY, TAXATION, AND REPARATION OF EXPLOITATION
It shall be the perpetual and inviolable obligation of all branches, officers and agents of government to ensure absolute economy; to reasonably minimize the costs of effective government across all cases; to tax the people most directly and automatically, and for no more than actual services rendered and willfully accepted or consumed; to restrict the burden of costs to those who willfully cause or incur them; and to protect the people, their affairs, national resources, and industry at all times from all possibility of exploitation:
SECTION 7.A. CRIMES OF AN OBFUSCATED CURRENCY SUBJECT TO INTEREST
If representative governments are to transition from a criminal, pretended economy to actual economy, we must formally establish the faults and consequences of pretended economy as opposed to the merits of actual economy:
Where a currency intrinsically, ultimately, and necessarily comprises the promissory notes of the people, and where the tokenization of said currency costs practically nothing to a separate, otherwise uninvolved, mere publisher of the tokens, and where said publisher, however adorned with deceptive titles or falsified authority, neither gives up at issuance nor is required thereafter to redeem the tokens in any further property of value, then no initial risk of loss whatever exists to said publisher but the negligible cost of the tokens, and no possibility of loss at all thereafter exists once the mere negligible costs of tokenizing the obligations of the people are regained.5
While much of any such obfuscated currency typically does not even exist in physical tokens6, many times the costs of such physical tokens (if any) yet are regularly regained in a first payment against any resultant, pretended debt, even as such obfuscated and therefore artificial debts:

As just reward is a free republic's designated engine of prosperity, the republic's only possible instrument of actual economy is its people's authority to uniformly certify and monetize legitimate promissory notes, which authority descends only from the inseparable combination of a right to issue and to fulfill bona fide obligations per se9. Only the natural rights and obligations of a free people to do so without exploitation, injustice, or unnecessary impediment will sustain all the desirable industry, infrastructures and commerce of which they are capable and deserving, because any offense against this right to fulfill intended and just obligations only diminishes what they would accomplish otherwise.
The integrity of every such promissory arrangement is strictly enforced at monetization and at payment, and leniently enforced along the way, simply by eradicating interest and enforcing a schedule of payment equal to the rate of consumption, by which the intended values of currency and related property are sustained in a perpetuated 1:1:1 relationship between circulation, remaining value, and promissory obligation, which natural relationship alone therefore perpetually expresses that so much of the circulation as originally represented so much of the value of related property is perpetually committed to payment of just that for it. Thus the objects of a free authority to monetize are readily achieved, even in default, by the mere and lone fact that only just such a schedule of payment equal to the rate of consumption at all times leaves a balance of payment which is perpetually redeemable in the very remaining value of the property explicitly represented by the remaining circulation:

As a linear rate of depreciation expresses the average cost across a property's lifespan under mathematically perfected economy™12, the overall cost of owning a $100,000 home with a 100-year lifespan in mathematically perfected economy™ is $1,000 per year or $83 per month.
EXAMPLES AND PURPOSES OF DE-ESCALATED DEPRECIATION
"De-escalated rates of depreciation" are higher than the linear rate of depreciation in the initial phases of an asset's lifespan, and lower in the later phases. By intention, de-escalated calculations match perceived consumption and remaining value across the lifespan, whereas linear depreciation only expresses the overall cost and rate of payment, the implementation of which would make it unrealistically undesirable to purchase depreciated property at periodic costs which would be indifferent from new property. De-escalated rates of depreciation therefore are intended to reflect perceived rates of consumption and remaining value which are generally consistent with the intentions of purchasing an asset of any serviceable age. Thus approved de-escalated rates of depreciation for various classes of property prescribe governing rates of payment under mathematically perfected economy™, with the remaining balances and patterns of payment comprising appropriate influences toward buying new or aged property; for preserving existent property to the full extent of potential service; and for consuming the full worth of property, as opposed to wasting wealth.
The following tables are examples of de-escalated depreciation requiring an initial payment of 3% of a $100,000 home with a 100-year lifespan, and expressing periodic rates of payment as a multiple (Lin X) of the linear rate of depreciation:

I have already voted. And, yet, I cannot believe that this day is finally here. As we await the results, it seems important to remember exactly why all of this has happened. When we met Barack Obama as he launched his US Senate bid, my husband I and were so struck by his intellect, his honesty, his no bs style, his judgement, etc. Having lived through the 2000 election, we did not believe that such a quality person could be elected, nevermind his interesting background.
And yet, he won his bid for the US Senate by remaining honest, smart and wise. And, now, we have lived through not just 4 more years of humiliating policies and absent national leadership, and also a nearly two year campaign amazing for its contrasts. On the one side, in the primary and in the general, there were those so intent on tearing Obama down that they were willing to sacrifice truth and their own reputations. The ugliness of the other side merely served as a constant reminder of how great the stakes were and are. On the other side, Obama has continued to model how we can disagree and yet move our civilization forward. When issues such as Reverend Wright came to the fore, Obama did not do the political and dully denounce but rather he took an opportunity to initiate a brutally honest discussion about our union. He has converted the small to the grand and given us all hope that the lives we lead will be mirrored in the white house.
We will never have unanimity on any or all issues -- but we can have a process that allows us to deepen our humanity, our humility and to find solutions to free ourselves from the tyranny of the mob, of the dumbed down world we have been living in.
If Obama wins today, it will be the realization of a dream that we have all shared of a more just society, of a society where the individual is respected for his merits and not viewed through the lens of his station. Thank you for running for President, Mr. Obama.
The beauty that is America is that anyone can be aspire to be a president or even accidently be chosen to be a vice-president. While that may be so, the aspirant is judged not by the color of the skin nor gender and tested by the grueling and ardous scrutiny of friends and foes alike, poor and wealthy, men and women, black and white; what emerges from this crucible of tests is the character of the intellect and the steadiness of the soul. It is easy for politicians to pay lip service to what people want to hear but the words can ring hollow. Our, the voter's choices, are usually towards those that resonate with their own personal aspirations although sometimes wrongly. Popularity, charm, attractiveness can all be fashioned and re-fashioned by sophisticated marketing strategies that Americans have been accustomed to and led to believe as factual and real. Bush's charm is really a sign of intellectual laziness and Palin's coyness a lack of intellectual maturity and perhaps discipline. Great civilizations prospered from the wisdom of its rulers not the mastery of it peoples and advertising. Governance requires a disciplined mind and a soul that can embody the aspirations of the human race -- not just of Americans.
The world watches America and aspires to see Barack succeed not because of his multi-ethnicity but because of what he embodies: a quality of mind and a very old soul. I see in Barack the epitome of the global immigrant in search of a homeland and perhaps re-ignite the beacon that once was America's allure.
Obama is quoted saying, "If you're walking down the right path and you're willing to keep walking, eventually you'll make progress." As I've observed him over the past couple years, I've been impressed by his walk, his progress. He's remained steady and calm no matter what challenges have presented themselves. Not only has Barack matured during his campaign to exude even greater poise and diplomacy, but he's proven himself to be unflappable under fire by his opponents. I think Colin Powell's well-balanced perception of Obama, given during his interview with Meet the Press, stated eloquently what people all over the world are observing about Barack's walk, his talk and his confidence in running mate for VP, Joe Biden:
"...he (Obama) displayed a steadiness, an intellectual curiosity, a depth of knowledge, and an approach to looking at problems like this, picking a Vice President that I think is ready to be President on Day One. And also in – not just in jumping in and changing every day – but showing intellectual vigor, I think that he has a definitive way of doing business that would serve us well."
Powell concludes that segment of his interview by saying:
"I think he is a transformational figure. He is a new generation coming into the ... onto the world stage and on the American stage...."
I choose to put my trust in the leadership of Barack Obama and Joe Biden. I trust they will both prove to be trustworthy servants and continue to walk their talk all the way to the White House and for the length of their term(s) in office.
May God give them discernment and wisdom to administer sound advice and judgement in all matters, keep them from harm and from doing harm as they serve the American people and negotiate with world leaders to work toward protecting our freedom, ensuring peace, improving humanitarian and environmental health, and spearheading economic, education and political reforms.

Obama is very prescient. Here is a letter dated 22 March 2007 to convene a summit regarding the impending mortgage crisis:
We cannot sit on the sidelines while increasing numbers of American families face the risk of losing their homes.
And while neither the government nor the private sector acting alone is capable of quickly balancing the important interests in widespread access to credit and responsible lending, both must act and act quickly...
[A] consortium of industry-related service providers and public interest advocates may be able to bring quick and efficient relief to millions of at-risk homeowners and neighborhoods, even before Congress has had an opportunity to act. There is an opportunity here to bring different interests together in the best interests of American homeowners and the American economy. Please don't let this opportunity pass us by.
Today listening to my local news, I listened to these two political commentators take jabs at Barack Obama. It made me sick. Somehow they came up with a number to say that Barack Obama doesn't have enough experience to be President. They said he worked only 143 hours in the Senate and said that was less time than a kindergartner had to spend in school. Then they waved their hands around and said Barack Obama talked about Palin's inexperience, but that Palin had much more experience than Barack Obama because she was a mayor of Wasilla, and then governor of Alaska which gave her the administrative experience that Barack doesn't have.
Well what is an administrator. An administrator is an executive in charge of a project. He is a manager and an organizer. Barack Obama has organized a grassroots campaign that has swept the nation with many other grassroots organizers. And to say that Barack Obama doesn't have the experience is just a nasty way to put him down, because he has more experience than many presidents before him and certainly has better experience than McCain and Palin.
And experience isn't always the answer if you want to coin the word experience. How did experience get all these banks in trouble? President Bush had experience but where did that land us?
Maybe we should coin a new word like ability. Or what about wisdom, education, and knowledge. Certainly Barack Obama has more of all of these than McCain and Palin.
I am wondering how to get the local TV station to hire non-biased commentators. These two guys have been on there a long time. I've watched them for years. They often seem very knowledgeable, but now they seem to have lost their minds.
The one guy actually hung his head without looking at the camera, when he repeated the lies in some of McCain's vicious ads.
I believe they usually only speak a few minutes, but their comments against Barack Obama have become increasingly vicious. They sound like they are making fun of Barack and the Democrats.
Today, I sent the following email to many friends and family. I would like to share it here too.
Hello Friends and Family,Only one other time in my life have I felt as certain about a decision as my decision to vote for Senator Barack Obama as the next president of the United States, and that was the decision to ask and marry Brenda.I cannot tell you how to vote, but I can tell you why I'm voting for Barack Obama, and why I think you should consider doing the same. This might get lengthy, but please indulge me a bit and read on. If you do not want to read what I've written, please peruse the attachments that I've provided, which I think will help give you further information than just taking my word. Some of you have also made your minds up already and agree with me. Whether you do or do not agree with me, I'd love to hear your thoughts, ideas, and opinions. My story begins...As most of you know, I grew up in a small town. Most of the people I knew led pretty comfortable lives--I never knew anyone who was particularly wealthy, but I never ran into extreme poverty either. We were all squarely middle of the road, and that was basically true for our politics as well. Additionally, they understand what it means to form and be part of a community.One of the largest problems that I see in this country is the inability to create bridges. We have lost our respect for the wisdom of the generations ahead of us as well as the respect for those who are coming up. We have so much to learn from one another, and we are allowing those opportunities to slip away. We can no longer believe that we can make it alone; we can only do it together. This is what Barack Obama is talking about when he says we are our brothers' and sisters' keepers. We've got to watch one another's backs and lift one another up. These are the principles upon which the gospel is built; it is what we've all been called to do.I think you know why I'm voting for Barack Obama. Maybe some of you will have comments as well. I have begun receiving comments, and have at least motivated folks to be serious and get in gear around the issues. Maybe others would like to try it too.
Poor Senator McCain. It is sad and pitiful that the only ‘good judgment’ this ambitious man can point to in contrasting himself with Senator Obama is his ‘surge’ of troops in Iraq. He considers it as a resounding success. If his suggestion to increase troop levels has accomplished the effect Americans have been waiting for, for the past five years namely, a well established democracy serving the needs of all Iraqis, safe neighborhoods where children can play on the streets and go to school without protection, a vibrant economy, a government that operates freely and is accessible to the people like the Capitol and not hiding in the ‘Green Zone,’ and making America ‘safe’ in Iraq, then I think the mission is accomplished and we do not need to stay there another day, not to mention a hundred years, as Mr. McCain suggests. The troops should be packing to come home. We should be welcoming them home with bouquets of flowers which they did not get in Iraq. We should not be receiving news of American soldiers dying needlessly every day since, according to the Senator and George Bush, the mission was accomplished somewhat five years ago and again this summer under general Petraeus.
If we need to stay there as long as possible, even ‘a hundred years’ then what did the surge really accomplish that Mr. McCain is so boastful about? Where and what is the result of this ‘wise’ action that makes him pound his chest so much. We are still spending $5 billion every month (or is it every day?) Our brave young men and women who swore to protect and serve this country are still dying with this ‘successful surge.’ The above quoted words are from the Bible book of Proverbs. The wise man who penned those words asks us to evaluate the results of our actions. That honest evaluation would indicate whether or not we used sound judgment in making choices that were available to us when confronted with a decision. The evaluation would also indicate whether we could be trusted with heavier responsibilities that demand sound judgment. True, we cannot foresee the future, but oftentimes the past can guide us in making decisions that can be proved to be wise or unwise. Sometimes ‘grey hair’ may not necessarily indicate ‘wisdom’ contrary to what Solomon encourages us to respect. Solomon associated wisdom with grey hair, old age or longevity. It is assumed that with age one would have gained knowledge and experience in everyday life and by observation of others failures and successes to make wise decisions. But we know that, that is not always the case. We all have an old uncle whom everybody in the family knows as a fool or unwise. Sometimes there are other people whom we can consider as ‘carrying a young head on old shoulders’. In other words there are young people who in spite of their youth have intellect, insight, ability to determine right and wrong and can boldly articulate it clearly against commonly accepted viewpoints. They are instinctly wise, born wise, or have learned to be quick in making right decisions based on their short history of life.
So, to determine who has good and sound judgment or wisdom we do not have to look at how much grey hair a man has on his head nor determine how long he has lived, but, by the result of his decisions that affected people. The most serious decision that we as Americans faced during the second half of the 20th century was this: ‘What were we going to do about Osama Bin laden after he cold-bloodedly killed about 3,000 Americans on September 11, 2001? “Wisdom is proved righteous by its works”. Conversely, stupid decisions can bring grave consequences. The whole nation and the rest of the civilized world waited for four months to see what the old white-haired men in Washington – George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, John McCain, Wolfowitz, and an aged woman, Condoleezza Rice would do? The mood of the nation, me included, was to go and get the SOB’s wherever they were. So we waited. Finally, to Afghanistan the aged men and woman whom we have entrusted the security of this nation to decided go and rout the Taliban who had given haven to Osama Bin laden and his henchmen. Osama was allowed to flee because the aged, grey –haired men decided to contract out the capture or killing of Osama to the men who regarded Osama as a hero. They took the money and guided Osama to a safe protected area where it was ‘impossible’ for the most sophisticated Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines with super powerful satellites systems and intelligent agencies under the command of a ‘Commander-in-Chief’ and his Second –In-Command who avoided going to Vietnam, could not locate. In the meantime, they managed to win a second term of office by scaring the American people that without them America would surely be ‘hit’ again and they were the only ones who could protect America? After deliberately allowing Bin Laden to escape so as to use him for political advantage, they decided to go to war and remove a ‘democratically elected’ president of a sovereign nation, Saddam Hussein, from power in the guise of ‘making America safe.’ At the cost of more than 5,000 soldiers and about the same for civilians, over a million Iraqis, old and young, male and female lives, the only thing that can be considered as a ‘success’ is a surge to put more soldiers on the ground to squelch an insurgent band of people determined to take back their country from an illegal occupation.
While the aged ones, supposed wise ones, deliberated dishonestly, a young man by the name of Barack Obama courageously raised his voice in caution against the actions of the grey-haired. He warned of the disaster the nation could face with such invasion. His words fell on deaf ears and he was mocked. After five years, the question that can be asked is this: Who has proven himself to be wise – the aged, grey hair men and woman or the young, courageous man, Barack Obama who used sound judgment to dissuade the aged ones against the disastrous course? Can we continue to trust our security to those who made poor judgment and got us into this mess? Can we trust them to honor time-table of withdrawal proposed even by the Iraqi government? Can we trust them not to start another war for political advantage in Iran? Can we, and should we, trust these people and the reincarnation of George Bush, Senator McCain? Can we trust the carbon copy of George Bush, the aged George McCain, who has not been known to deliberate over serious matters but rush to make decision by his ‘gut-feeling’ like George Bush? Can we trust men who depend on Jesus to guide them when making decision that involve life and death when Jesus himself has been dead and disappeared for almost 2,000 years?
Wisdom, young Senator Obama, has proved ‘right’ eous by his works, words and deeds. Can we trust the ones who made wrong judgments with disastrous results even though they had good intelligence available and chose to ignore it because they had a different agenda? How much lying can we take from these people with the support of corrupt followers who use the Bible for political opportunism? Can they be trusted? Some of the American people enjoy being fooled. They like to be fooled because to use sound reason and logic is admitting failure. But not all of us can or will be fooled. That is why we encourage young people and all honest people to trust the future of this country to the young man with a head on old shoulder, Barrack Obama. No one has accused him of lying or of political opportunism. He will do right by the people of this country.
Barack Obama and wisdom have been proven righteous by works and words. You can trust him implicitly with the security of this country. Others may have fought a war and been captured but that does not indicated sound judgment and wisdom. They may have gone to war not out of genuine love for country but out of a family tradition and selfish ambition. That does not qualify one to be a Commander-In-Chief of the United States Armed Forces. This is a heavy responsibility that should only be entrusted to those who can make honest evaluation of a situation and make right but unpopular decision. Wrong decisions and wrong judgments can result in deaths of young lives that can never be brought back, no matter how much we regret the decisions. Lives of our brave men and women should be entrusted to only those who have demonstrated the ability and capacity to make right and sound decisions even at the risk of being derided and mocked. It takes more than a service in war or a gun to make sound decisions. It takes courage! So, Go Barrack. Ride to victory, you wise one! and may all the powerful winds be at your back! See you at your inauguration.
