Hmm... a four-hour show: http://rss.nfowars.net/20090828_Fri_Alex.mp3. Take a listen to the first hour right: it's pretty important!

Just read this post a while ago: http://markcrispinmiller.com/2009/08/att-blocking-dissidents/ about a blogger who was denied access to certain sites during the 2004-2005 elections. Well then, the block was due to his ISP, AT&T, that required him to use an annonymous proxy to get to his sites.
Anyway, is there a pattern here? People like JFK Fan and Taz gets put down while hacker blogs take free reign of the Community Blogs. Strange blocks, take downs, and post blocking (blog posts that fail to show up) on the Community Blogs, and the final blow with the shut down of the Community Blogs, well, could this be a pattern to a complete Internet shutdown?! Like a Prison Planet?
Something to think about.

As President Obama recently related to me regarding local service; "Now is our time to work together, reaffirm our enduring spirit, and choose our better history."
It is our responsibility as Americans to vote, and vote we must. And now is the time to plan, prepare and promote our principles. I invite all citizens of of this great country of ours to post a message on one of 1000 election blogs.
1000 Election Blogselection-blogs.blogspot.com
I have a confession to make. A confession that I'm ashamed of and that I know, if it weren't for the spirit and drive of my fellow Americans, a confession that may have ruined our journey, our promise, and our nation.
My confession? Is simply this, I've been on vacation since the election, and I see now that I couldn't afford to take one. The fate of this country, the state of the economy, and fighting the opposition to change is too important for any of us to take a vacation.
I am so proud of those of you who have not. Those of you who realized that in order for President Obama's agenda for change to come to pass, he needs all of us and he has needed all of us. Yes, I've signed petitions to senators to vote "yes" on the last two budgets, but through a simple email. I've read the reports and debated with friends, but there was so much more I could have done. Attended meetings, or made calls, send emails, and knock or doors, but thank God for the statement that President Obama uttered on more than one occassion, "I am my brother's keeper." All of you have kept me and helped to keep our promise, and now I'm back to join you and replace those others that may make the mistake as I have in thinking that our job is done. YES WE CAN!
Why didn't they make MyBO an independent blog (see the part called, sarcastically, "Jetsons vs Flintstones") is beyond me, but the MSM playing their games, as usual, it's no wonder why there seems to be a communication issue. (Though I think some debate and analysis of the stimulus package is necessary, but many of you won't agree.)
Anyway, blogs and news reports are talking about Cheney mentioning that the "country's in danger" over and over again, but what's he up to really...HR 645? Is California's situation one of his ideas for getting that bill to pass?
Pay attention to these bills, including HR 645:
IRS Revisions: HR 161, HR 162, & HR 779
Stop the Congressional Pay Raise Act: HR 156
Federal Reserve Abolition Act: HR 111
Now this one's not really important, but this is one is fun to look at: HR 778.
These are just my thoughts, but look at the bills that I have up, except HR 778, which I put up for fun!

This is a reminder that the application process for media credentials for the swearing-in ceremony at the U.S. Capitol, controlled by the Senate media galleries, will end on Monday, December 15, 2008. Hey watz up this tha beginnin of my blogz............................... Ya Digg..................LOL
We need to help Barack Obama make an change in the world..................LOL
I've been online reading blogs for years, yet this is my first. I am so inspired by President Obama and Family that I can't keep quiet any longer. I've honestly been given hope, inspiration and change. THANK YOU!
To Whom It May Concern:
For years i've been on my way back to school to futher my career. I've had plenty to say that was meaningful and from the bottom of my heart. Afraid to walk in the shoes of the person I truely want to be... the person I am. Haven't embraced the extremely artistic portion of myself... my passion. Its crazy how i've taken so much from myself, and pretended not to be as intellectual, and beautiful as I am inside and out. I thought to myself that I didnt want to be intimidating. Didn't say it if I thought it would hurt your feelings. It's fine... I am ok with who and where I am.
What the ____! What really have I been thinking...
The electoral college determines who becomes the next President. Below are the votes for each State. If you look at the Washington Post they have predictions, and they do look good, but there is still work to be done. There are many ways to work for the Obama campaign. I personally hate telephones. My cell phone is usually turned off and in my purse or car. I even hate using the phone to talk to friends and family.
But what I do love to do and what is easy for me is to write. So this past week and today I have been working on sending out letters to the editor to the high electoral vote States’ newspapers. There is a site called Porject Vote Smart that lists the number of votes each State gets. http://www.votesmart.org It’s a great site with lots of information, voting records, etc.
Here is what I downloaded:
U.S. Electoral College 2008 - List Of States And Votes Total: 538; Majority Needed to Elect: 270
Alabama - 9 Alaska - 3 Arizona - 10Arkansas - 6California - 55Colorado - 9Connecticut - 7Delaware - 3District Of Columbia - 3Florida - 27Georgia - 15Hawaii - 4Idaho - 4Illinois - 21Indiana - 11Iowa - 7Kansas - 6Kentucky - 8Louisiana - 9Maine - 4Maryland - 10Massachusetts - 12Michigan - 17Minnesota - 10Mississippi - 6Missouri - 11 Montana - 3 Nebraska - 5Nevada - 5New Hampshire - 4New Jersey - 15New Mexico - 5New York - 31North Carolina - 15North Dakota - 3Ohio - 20Oklahoma - 7Oregon - 7Pennsylvania - 21Rhode Island - 4South Carolina - 8South Dakota - 3Tennessee - 11Texas - 34Utah - 5Vermont - 3Virginia - 13Washington - 11West Virginia - 5Wisconsin - 10Wyoming - 3

The top States are the ones I concentrated on sending letters to the editor. I found the newspapers on a site called 50 States.com www.50states.com/news/ Ask Google for daily newspapers and a State name, and you will find this site, or use the above link and add the State.
My home State is Pennsylvania (where I was born & raised). I know hunting & guns are a big item there as are jobs in the former steel town areas. Both are hot items that McCain likes to twist. So I’ve sent quite a number of letters to the editors in those areas. I used some information from the Barack Obama site and then added my take on the issue in my words. It’s hard but I tried not to be confrontative and just give the facts. What I’ve been doing mostly lately when talking to people is encouraging them to go to the source (eg., congressional record) for the real facts or promise to read their candidates page if they’ll read mine. I’m proud to say, and surprised, that Barack Obama is 10 points ahead of McCain/Palin in the polls there. Yea!!
I also had fun adding up electoral votes for McCain/Palin and Obama/Biden. If you include State of birth, college educational States, and political career it comes out like this: McCain/Palin 21 votes; Obama/Biden 134 votes.
I guess what I am trying to say is that if your talent isn’t writing then use the talent you have, or your passion, for Obama. If you sing or play a musical instrument, do that. If you are good at organizing talks, do that. If you cook, gather some folks together for food and an Obama video. I plan to attend the training next week and do some door to door. Every day we are one day closer to the election, and to an Obama Presidency. Let’s stay involved to make it happen!
VOTE FOR CHANGE!! VOTE FOR THE FUTURE!! VOTE FOR OBAMA!!!
Often in a debate as critical as last evenings, once the smoke clears and the insta-polls are put away, conventional wisdom sets in and a narrative develops about one or both of the candidates. The clear narrative last night was that John McCain was: condescending, rude, belittling, - in short an angry old man.
If you will recall it was similar narrative that developed after the first Bush-Gore debate. And Gore over-corrected himself in the second debate and came across even worse in the process. I GUARANTEE YOU that if the narrative from last night's debate becomes that McCain are all of the things I mention above. He WILL HAVE TO ADJUST and doing so will only make things worse for him because his base will cry foul for not being the a$#hole they love and the independents will become even further turned off.
THIS IS WHERE YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE - WE MUST BOMBARD THE BLOGOSPHERE - Daily Kos, Politico, The Caucus, MSNBC First Read, The Page, Swampland etc. - with comments about how McCain behaved. Between our efforts and what I hope is a SNL skit that drives the point home -- we have the power to shape the narrative.
NOW GET TO WORK!!!!!!

George Will is the consummate conservative newspaper commentator. I remember reading the many George Will articles defending Richard Nixon until the the Watergate Scandal broke, when he made a historic switch into a critic of his former hero..Until recently, Will supported John McCain. The current economic crisis has resulted what may come to be seen as another historic switch by this conservative bellwether.
Well - it's full steam ahead for my grandmother and her blog. She is consistently posting thoughts to her webiste at 85andchange.com, and her fan base keeps growing. She continues to receive great feedback from old and young. Everyone seems to be so appreciative that a senior citizen has spoken up and made it easier for other senior citizens to fall in line. As we saw in the numbers today - senior citizens are really starting to break for Barack Obama and Joe Biden! Others have said how they are so grateful that she has provided them a way to bridge a gap between grandparents and grandchildren and given them something to talk about with each other.
And if writing on her blog was not enough - she now has a video, too! You can find her video at her website (85andchange.com) or you can find it on You Tube! My smart, hip grandmother speaks up any chance she has and lets people know they are never to old - or young - for change!
Just this week, Granny Gobama met a couple influential people - Kathleen Kennedy Townsend & Alice Travis Germond - not to mention Heather Tom, as well! Meeting all of these women was a thrill for her. She found Kathleen Kennedy to be a thoughtful and inspiring speaker, and Alice Germond to be so enthusiastic and energetic.
Please take a moment to visit her site and pass the link on to anyone who may read (or watch) about why it is important for seniors, and everyone, to think long and hard about this important upcoming election - and why they should seriously consider voting for Barack Obama!
