As many superheroes have a separate identity among the public. They could easier conceal their identity and no one could figure out who they were. In tonight's debate raised alot of questions in my mind. Obama claimed a 95% tax decrease for the public, or a 5% tax increse for big businesses. He also talked about Making education his #1 priority. How can you expect to stimulate a business into creating jobs in america by taxing them, or anyone who now was willing to open a business? I would move my business overseas if I was the owner, for the simple reason because it is cheaper. 95% of the people who lose thier jobs, will see a tax decrease (because they won't earn anything to pay taxes with). America will be turned into another "sweat shop third world country" with this logic. Funding education is important, but at what cost? Most Americans who have earned degrees can not use them! The job market is that bad in where a degree means nothing. We, in America, will have a nice degree to hang up on our walls but not have a job for that degree. I was originally voting for Obama, but after I saw he has no real concept of the real world, I can not. Obama is living a pipe dream, in which he believes helping us now will help us in the future. Helping us now will indeed do just that (at least for the next 4 years). Then Obama stated that Bush (who I dislike as our president) said forget about Osama Bin Laden. As I recall, Bill Clinton was given Osama Bin Laden on a platter by another government (Before the 9/11 attacks). In which Bill said that America doesn't want him. Even a high ranking offical said that he spent alot of security at his house because of "The worst type of terrorist, that hates America, Osama Bin Laden". Which happened to be Gore (again, before the 9/11 attacks). Obama will take none of the blame for his own party, but will instead blame people who aren't popular to gain a popular vote. I'm sorry BO, but tonight you lost my vote, unless you decide to let Michelle run in your place and change all your policies (or at least think them through).

If you are reading this please read closely. All the signs point to Senator McCain lying more and getting even more ugly during Tuesday's upcoming debate. He is desperate at this point. The McCain/Palin ticket have proven to be liars and bad for this country. What I am asking is this. Senator Obama IT IS TIME to TAKE THE GLOVES OFF. You cannot sit back and let him get away with some of the lies and remarks he makes during these debates and during his stump speeches. As Democrats we have looked "weak" during the past 2 elections and we cannot do it again. When they hit us with lies, we hit them back harder with the frightening truth about them and call them out right there on stage.
Once again....Please Please Please. I do believe in you but it is time to take Old man McCain to the mat and kick his butt. Show the country what he really is about. Also, if you really call him out on his lies during the debate and just hammer him with your clever charm and amazing mind then maybe he will just go crazy on stage and then the job will be done. We all know he is not any kind of Maverick. That is just BS. During the VP debate I wanted to throw up after hearing "Maverick" about 40 times. Joe did great.
I only give this advice because these are things that America is saying. They are saying Barak, DO NOT BE AFRAID To hit McCain HARD on Tuesday. DO NOT be afraid. You ARE the only one in this race that can heal this country but calling out the lies and distortions of this man is the right thing to do.

Ever since the Mortgage Meltdown started somewhere around the 04's, there has been talk about bailing out the Homeowner. But just that "a lot of talk".
But NOTHING, not even talk about those of us who already lost our homes.
Now that WE MUST BAIL OUT WALL STREET, administration officials have agreed to include mortgage help for beleguered homeowners but, nothing, not even TALK for those of us who already lost our homes.
I have nothing against help for homeowners, I just worry that is not going to be enough and I think that Congress should examine this measures and pressure the administration if they are not going to help homeowners or the funds are at risk to get lost in a beaurocratic mess; as we experienced after Katrina, believe it or not there are still victims from Katrina who have not been helped or funds still unaccounted for.
It bothers me a lot 'how quick we forget"
Just as the Katrina's victims who will never see help, the homeowners who already lost our homes to the great American mortgage meltdown, will be left out in the cold.
Like the millions of taxpayers who were left out of the stimulus package, because they did not qualify due to the existing tax laws. It amazes me to think that the administration actually made the ordinary folk believe that help was on the way. When most disabled veterans and social security recipients found out that they would not receive any money that would help them at least for that month, pay the rent or buy some extra food or clothing; they were devastated and extremely dissappointed.
The idea was good, not that it would fix the economy, but a band aid (a wet one, that is). It was the idea that it would make ordinary people believe that after its failure they would believe that the goverment did try to help ordinary people with the stimulus package but, the situation has gotten worse and now it is required to bail out Wall Street or things will get a lot worse.
The truth is this: the administration told us that this were extraordinary times that require extraordinary measures, but did not apply extraordinary ecxeptions to the existing tax laws which led to excluding social security recipients, disabled veterans and other taxpayesr who earned the amount required to qualify for the stimulus package but were claimed as dependents on someone elses return. In addition to that, the package was designed to reward with more money those who earned more money, with the max of $1200 for married couples who earned $150,000 plus $300 per child under the age of 17.
I am tired of the injustice, I am tired of watching the least fortunate always getting the dirty end of the stick.
I am not a firm believer of "conspiracy theories" although in retrospect, I have a very good one about the Iraq war.
Today, is becoming obvious that the present administration knew way in advance about the economic crisis we would face. I believe that months ago they (Bush, Paulson, Cheney and other very close players) after realizing that the Republicans did not have a chance to win the White House and, since the economy was about to take a plunge; try to prepare the American people mentally (with the stimulus package) and even more with the initial bail out of Fanney Mae and Freddy Mac and subsequently AIG.
Now that we are all brain washed, we can believe that they really need all that money, just like we believed that Dick Chaney did not have personal interest in United States invading Iraq, when now his company Halliburton is making Billions of dollars in the rebuilding of Iraq. And, I would not be surprised for a second if Halliburton would profit from the Bail Out as well as some foreign institutions.
Only in America you can imagine that the President and his Wall Street cronies are about to rob the bank and distribute the money among themselves. They figure that, with Barak Obama as president, Wall Street is not going to have a free ride, they will be regulated. So might as well take the money now and let Obama deal with the ONE TRILLION debt we will inherit and of course, there will be no money to pay for Universal Health Care or any other social programs that Senator Obama is promissing now.
Since we seem to forget so quickly, during the Obama's administration, when no money is available for those programs mentioned above, republicans will hammer on the fact that the Obama administration did not deliver; then, they will have enough inmunition to take the White House back in 2012.
They tell us that they are borrowing the money and that Wall Street is going to pay us back with interest. If they were no were around when we were loosing our homes, why should we bail them out, oh, is because if we don't there will be no money to keep business open therefore no jobs for no one.
That is call: SCARE TACTICS, republicans are very good at it, they have had plenty of practice, their motto is: keep them uneducated, sick and running scared, I have seen that all my life. I am afraid that we will eventually bail some business out, but hope that will be companies that got caught in the middle and no companies that actually caused and contributed to the crisis, we should find those accountable. If companies responsible for the crisis are rewarded with OUR MONEY, it sends the wrong message to future generations.
I would have no problem bailing out the Banks and Mortgage Companies, as long as I can have my home back.
Well, we gave you (out of your own money) alsmost 1/2 Billion with the stimulus package, why can't you bail us out with 1 Trillion plus dollars. "Folks, we can always count on the generosity of the American people" . Are we generous or stupid? Am I asking for too much when I want my house back?
It does not have to be that way, I believe that some monetary measures should be taken to correct the destructive course the Bush administration has taken our economy thru, but no ONE TRILLION OF OUR HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS.
Let's not get fulled by the fact that our economy is about 14 Trillion dollars and, 1 Trillion is just a drop in the bucket because, we are 9 Trillion Dollars in debt; thanks to the Bush administration.
When President Clinton left office, left us with a surplus, DO WE WANT 4 MORE YEARS OF REPUBLICAN DESASTROUS POLICIES?

I wanted to share this with my family and friends. While I don’t profess to be some political guru, nor do I know all the answers to the countries crisis and how they can be fixed. I have not spent my life studying the economy or contradicting the statements of others for some political gain. I can’t stand before you with survey’s, details, political insight on what our nation needs to climb out of the crisis that we are in. While I have my own opinions of the lack of benefits in having a split political party to govern our country and the behind the scenes ideas and concepts of that portion we call republican. I cannot stand before you today and preach something of which I am not completely understanding myself.
“I CAN” however, send this to you today and share for you what it means to be to be a strong advocate and supporter of Barak Obama.
This has nothing to do with race, this has nothing to do with history in the making. To me this has nothing to do with his experience in the executive offices of America, or lack thereof. I do not support Obama simply to keep McCain out of office or of an obligation due to his upbringing or racial background or political affiliation. I support him because he brings with him something we have needed in this country for a long time. He brings with him something we have needed in our lives every single day. He brings with him that ingredient that can take us from where we stand, “on the road to nowhere fast” and guide us down the path of greatness. He brings with him a true ability to change.
Change what has been wrong with our country since the day America came to be. Coming to a land and robbing the people of it and claiming it for ourselves.... It started from day one.... Being governed by the big wigs in power, the more money you have the more control you have. We are a country that says “We are for the people!” a democracy they say. Only what we’ve seen year after year, month after month and day after day are the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. What we have seen is our ability to run to the aid of some foreign country in crisis while we face tremendous economic crisis’s right here in our own backyard. What have seen is where in one of the richest countries in the world, there are millions of people that are homeless, hungry, no aid for health, for children, for child care, education, housing, or support. We have seen that our government policies that have been put into place has only been placed there to pacify the American people while the higher ups focus their attention on what really matters and that is making the mighty dollar to gain more and more control.
There are far to many tales of woe in this country, yet no one seems to want to hear them. Yes, during the race for whatever office a politician chooses, he and/or she pretends to care for the needs of America, (“I have fought for you by doing this or doing that. I am a maverick, I am a hockey mom just like you. I was a POW so I know war. I govern a land that lives very different from the rest of America but that qualifies me to stand before you and say that I’m on your side. ) this is only but a ploy to gain a vote to win an election to get into office and continue business as usual. We’ve seen it far too many times. And the excuse is always, “There is only so much ONE man can do without the support of our congress, of the people.”
There you have it folks........ Barak Obama is fighting to win this election, not for himself, but for ALL the American people. Let us come together as one, in Unity, not republican or democrat, black or white, brown or yellow, poor or rich, let’s all come together to rid ourselves of the big wigs that have been calling the shots for hundreds of years.
Can one man do it? No! But one man has the ability to unite the people of this great country to fight for what we want and deserve. Can Obama do that? Yes he can and he has done that right before our eyes.
This is why I support Barak Obama.
I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of looking at the news day after day and allowing them to program me with more and more BS. We are governed by the media. We are governed by the mighty dollar. We are governed by our own ignorance.
Isn’t it time that we stand up and fight for what we want as a people, and stop whining, complaining and depending on someone else to do it for us. What can we change in life in our lives by sitting at home complaining about the issue. If you want something fixed, get up off your behind, stop listening to the opinions of others and get out there and fix it. Fight for it, work for it. Demand it.
We can argue, fight and complain for another hundred years if you want. While we watch our country go from one of the richest countries to one of the poorest all while the big shots and big wigs look down upon us from their 10 million dollar homes on St. Scrusious Island. (I don’t know that this island exist. Seems like the appropriate name for it though) (Screw us) smile
So what are we going to do America? Are we going to go back and forth with the media, while we listen to one political expert after another tell us how we should think, what we should feel, what we should be looking for and need answers to. Or do we get off our butts, utilize our resources and investigate for ourselves on which candidate will better serve our country.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve seen McCain in office many times over. I’ve seen Palin in office many times over, she wasn’t wearing a dress and pumps, he wasn’t 72 years old at the time of his running, but they are all one in the same. I’m ready to see what someone can do that doesn’t fit the description of our American so called democracy.
I’m am not speaking out of inspiration based on merely the words of a man. I am speaking in terms of inspiration illuminating from this man period. This man not only speaks for the people, he speaks to us. He says to America everything that we’ve thought time and time again.
It’s about us, it’s about hope, it’s about change, it is about TIME!!!!!!!

Don’t be the one that complains when you’ve done nothing to aid in the success of our country. I want a better future for my children, for our children. I want a government that cleans up their own house first before they go over and try to repair someone else’s. I want a leader that knows from each step we walk. I want a congress that is truly for us and will fight for the betterment of everyone. I want to see democracy in it’s truest definition. I want to see a transparent government that speaks to and works with the American people for growth. I want to see a representative of our country that is honest in his dealings, that doesn’t attempt to deceive the American people because he himself is a part of the American people. As I read the speech from the 2004 Democratic convention; I was reminded of the facts and historic evidence attached to the word barak: BARAK Obama
Since so many feel the need to smear his name; the ancient truth of the name might bring some long awaited peace to many, who would want to attach an unpeaceful attribute to this American Senator. His team, should play up (IN A TACTFUL-TIMELY WAY) his first name, it is more aptly pronounced BA RU KAa or BA RU KA TAH.
Barak told the audience at the 2004 conference that it means, "blessed" and it does; not in Kenyan or American but in Hebrew.
It is the same designation given when praying, as in, BA RU KA Ta Adonia Elohim meaning in the Hebrew, "Blessed are you Oh God".
Now in any Hebrew lexicon, as well as, the Youngs' Concordance, page 98; under Blessed, regarding self, to; the narrative states; To bless oneself, think oneself blessed XXX (3 hebrew letters), barak.
This instance of barak is used in Deuteronomy 29:19 ...that he bless himself in his heart saying...Isaiah 65:10 who blesseth himself ...shall bless himself ...Jeremiah 4:2 the nations shall bless themselves in him.
Barak also means, "To declare blessed"; sited in at least, 18 other Biblical books by numerous verses. Baraks' educated father had to know the name he wanted for his son, was Hebrew and not Muslim.
The father could not have been Muslim with out forcing the wife to become Muslim also, so far, we have no history of that event.
As it turns out, the father has left his son a powerful legacy.
After having listened to Barak's speech again last night I pondered other great people in history who inspired us to rise up and do great things..FDR inspired us to give all we could and rise up against and evil man and destroy him and all he stood for. He asked to help our military, he built up our military when even our military thought it impossible and we, as a nation, rose up and defeated a horrible man, a horrible philosophy and helped Europe and the world become a better and safer place.FDR was elected to 4 terms as President because people believed in him because he believed in and inspired them to be better and do greater things, at a time when the United States was at one of the lowest points in it's history.FDR was a Democrat.JFK inspired us to believe in greater possibilities. He challenged us to go to the Moon at a time when even that thought was unheard of for most. USSR was leading the way in the space race, but JFK believed that, we, the United States, could do it better and before them. He believed and, because of that, he inspired us to also believe. In 10 years we were on the Moon. That United States Flag still flies proudly there today.JFK also had 13 long and stressful days that could have ended disastrously for the world. Cuba, it was discovered had nuclear missiles. His military advisors were all about attacking Cuba, which would have ended in a disaster.
