Since it’s my 200th post on this website, www.padminiarhant.com, I would like to dedicate the article to my favorite topic, Peace.
The world is riddled with violence in the worst form of terrorism and warfare not barring the dangerous nuclear threats. Then there are local crimes like the drug war in Mexico or the politically incited Philippines massacre exacerbating the miseries of the population. It would be appropriate to attribute the present situation to the political, economic and social injustice prevalent in the society.
Throughout history, the dominance of one nation over another through invasion, illegal occupation and provocative actions have led to the retaliation through terrorism and war including the use of nuclear arsenal witnessed in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Often, when the rich nations demonstrate the political power in combination with the military might against the economically weaker countries, the aggression contributes to the perennial chaos and catastrophe.

The political situation in Honduras has evolved into a constitutional crisis with the upcoming national elections scheduled on November 29, 2009. President Manuel Zelaya, a democratically elected head of the state was ousted through a military coup approved by the Honduran Congress on the premise that the deposed leader allegedly attempted to subvert the constitution to remain in power.
Meanwhile, the self-appointed interim President Roberto Micheletti has not wasted any time in demonstrating the monstrosity of a typical military coup since seizing power in June, 2009. In a bizarre twist to the political fiasco, the Congress and the military regime are in breach of the constitution they were proposing to defend against the Zelaya government. Hondurans plight has worsened with the political unrest and contrarily solidified the support for the legitimate Zelaya leadership.
To add insult to injury, the U.S. State Department intervened in a manner to broker the open-end ‘Tegucigalpa San Jose Accord’ on October 29, 2009 without any stipulations or deadline.

As a Honduran citizen, living the current political crisis, want to declare the following.
The United States of America and International Community need to listen Honduran citizens.Manuel Zelaya former president, violated our laws, he planned to reform some articles of the Constitution to perpetuate and rule the country for the time he desired. As one of the biggest followers of Mr. Chavez, he wanted to build the same road to continuism. He did not obey the orders and placed himself above our Constitution.
We Hondurans don´t sell our country, we will not tolerate this actions. Mr. Chavez cannot threaten our people saying he will act and send his troops to place Mr. Zelaya in the presidency again. We the mayority of Hondurans support the presidency of Roberto Micheletti who has be named recently, this has been done following our Constitution´s laws.
The UN ,OAS, other organizations and the United States of America as Democracy defenders need to understand Mr. Zelaya´s intentions were not democratic. His intentions are well known, his family was once involved in a masacre and justice was never seen.He spent more than 600 million lempiras in his illegal poll. He took our people´s money for his own interests. Mr. Zelaya is not a victim, Honduras was the victim when he ruled as president.
We respect our laws, nobody can be above them, he since his early days in presidency did not obey laws.He hasn´t even presented to our nation this years budget, another violation to law.
His intentions are to build a totalitarian regime, he has the support of the extreme left leaders, Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro, Daniel Ortega and Evo Morales.He won the simpathy of the poor, dressing as he did, talking as he did and acting. His words have never been consistent with his actions. There is an order of arrest from the Interpol and our national police extended for Manuel Zelaya Rosales, for his crimes of abuse of power, treason to the motherland, administrative crimes and misappropriation of funds.
I request to the White House and the American community a deep analysis in our crisis, we can´t support an extreme left accomplice.

Hasta hace algunos años decidi entrar en contacto con algunos de mis compañeros de escuela, yo estudie en la escuela CANADA de un barrio pobre de Tegucigalpa Honduras, esta escuela esta ubicada en la colonia Popular, y ahi tube de compañeros a grandes amigos que con el paso de los años y las condiciones de vida que tubismos cada quien fuiemos separados. Hoy en dia recuerdo a muchos de ellos de mis amigos y empece a buscar a 3 de ellos, Lucas, Agustin y Elvin, y encontre a las esposas de dos de mis amigos solas con hijos reciviendo de ellos una remesa cada cuando ellos pueden, y el otro esta en estados unidos casualmente el me contacto por correo pero yo escribi a el y no ha respondido y no se nada de el. Esto me impacto porque no me daba cuenta de la GRAN CANTIDAD de personas que conozco y amo que en algun momento han tomado la desicion de irse para Estados Unidos. Lo que mas me sorprendio de empezar a buscar a mi alrededor es que algunos familiares tambien se han marchado y no sabemos donde estan ellos ahora, y aunque no siento el impacto directo de estos hechos veo como estas esposas,madres, amigas viven el dia a dia con un amor a distancia que esta separado por los miles de kilometro que hay entre estas tierras, y me pregunto si esto en verda valdra la pena y a la vez me hago muchas preguntas. Yo quisiera saber cual es el los pensamientos y acciones que Obama y las Personas que le acompanan tomarian con respecto a los Latinos Ilegales y en proceso de Legalizacion en Estados Unidos. Quisiera saber que opina el de ellos, o que planes tiene especificos para ellos. No se si este blog reciba alguna opinion de otras personas y la respuesta del candidato. Que sera de mis hermanos Latinos en Estados Unidos?Como podemos ayudar nosotros a ellos?Como podeoms ayudar nosotros mismos para encontrar oportunidades aqui en nuestras tierras?Como yo con la empresa donde laboro puedo ayudar?Como Obama y su partido podran ayudar a mis hermanos?Como los latinos que andan en mal camino pueden ser orientados al bien?Que podemos hacer?
Espero poder encontrar algunas respuestas a esto que he escrito este dia.
