email Nelson's team and we will reply with a peace sign, an original Peace sign created in 2006 for Nelson with honor, respect, one love and Nelson's name utilized for the election.
Rebecca L. Nelson was listed as a murder witness after a shoot-out involving four shooters took place in her parked truck. The charging documents listed her name, and address were given to all of the shooters in the detention center. A 20 year old father of one rolled off the back of her truck with 3 bullets in his head. One shooter was shot in the leg and went to the hospital. A third shooter went to jail given his charging documents with Rebecca listed as a murder witness.
At anytime the shooter could call the fourth shooter and give out Rebecca's information for a drive by shooting. Misdirected anger killed 15 murder witnesses in Baltimore in 2005. The same year the stop snitching video was released. This murder trial was postponed for 18 months.
Rebecca Publishes American Dream Newspaper, since 1999, and did so with her American Indian maiden name, however; the police listed her legal name with no regard to her safety. In all fairness to the Police that was the policy, they were just following their normal operating procedure
She summitted PEACE SIGNS for her photo & for her logo for the election, while working to correct these policies to protect innocent citizens from being put in harms way. Three years later the police & States Attorneys are now NOT releasing witnesses names untill a State's Attorney is assigned these cases, about a month before the trials.
No longer will other citizens have to move and hide for months and years waiting on justice.
In Baltimore the driveby's and numbers of murders have started to decline, finally.
Now, Nelson is addressing the Peace Orders in the State of Maryland that are not worth the papers they are written on. After moving, Nelson closed down an illegal bail bond business in Baltimore and Harford Counties. A handfull of criminals continued to get out after numerous neighbors had called the police. They were arrested, one criminal had 14 charges in one month. Nelson discovered, exposed them and worked to pull the tax numbers of these Bail bondsman, closing down the operation in Baltimore and Harford Counties.
Collectively, neighbors went to the State to file Peace orders. Nelson and her neighbors worked to seek Peace in a military area where we have alot of single and widowed moms, wives and daughters. Several of these Peace Orders were dropped years later when Senator Stone's Son Judge Norman Stone choose to conspire to do so. Judge Stone had no insight as to the danger Nelson was in or maybe he was just playing musical courts to cover or conspire to protect Judge Finifter who did not know how to count to 10. (Nelson has a US Supreme Court case for this one)
Stone put Nelson in harms way, again. For when the criminals left Stones courtroom, after she explained and shared photographs of when she went to serve the Peace Orders it took 5 different Police Officers to find one who knew how to read them, how to serve them, during which time Nelson was hosed, and beaten. The criminals went to the Commissionors the same day and filed lies against Nelson thanks to Judge Stones ineptness; he could of looked up pages of guilty verdicts of this gang and yet he chose to do nothing but dismiss Peace Orders. No wonder his daddy the Senator,(on my Cousin Del Mikie Weirs ticket) wants to clear the dropped Peace Orders!
The Baltimore Sun reported 8000 Peace Orders were dropped, almost half. Most of our sisters are NOT lying and expected the State to care in Baltimore County to no avail in Stones District Court.
Now, that charges are put on the courts web pages while innocent before being found guilty of anything, my clean record, has been marked by their foolishness. And yet, I refuse to let it steal my Peace.
The judges in Baltimore County District Court continue their witch hunt of our sisters of color.
G.Harold Russell, Judge Fletcher, Sally Chester,Judge Bill Evans of the Orphains Court where Nelsons property is registered costing $4600.in fees, a quiet title, a contract to settle good untill a year later, a Specific Performance Case ruled by Judge Levitz that it could not be dismissed, right of certeria for the US Supreme Court for restitution (in Aero Acrea America's 1st planned Community Bi-Laws states 'white only' Nelson has been working to make them 'race nutural): conspired on Oct. 31st (1st day of Gov. O'malleys 'special' General Assembly) to try Nelson on the lies the criminals forged on State documents.
Judge Russell refused to recuse himself, these motion papers 'disapeared'; however, I have the stamped photographs as proof that a motion had to be summited for them to be stamped!
They shackled Nelson detained for 11 days under a nick name, while they tried to cover up their last conspiracy to invade her home of three years. All evidence had been removed and put in safe keeping before they burnt four generations of Nelson's belongings.
Bill Evans went so far as to threaten me after his sorryness claimed to want to help and never entered his appearance and this is how this State murder witness was treated in Balto. Maryland.
I do want to thank Judge Turnbull for dismissing all the lies after I appealed to Circuit Court, and thank Judge Levitz, also, of the Circuit Court, he ruled that the Specific Performance case will go to court, however; Senator Stone was outside the courtroom when I was assured my case would go to fast trac after I waited 10 months for a date to settle on this property. Still waiting to no avail.
Now, how can I, Nelson lose my Peace while recieving an excellent legal education that some attorneys only dream about -- a case to the highest Court in our land -America's Supreme!
Let's give Peace a chance, Respect, Speak Unity. amerdreamnews@hotmail.com 410 727 3728

Wow! What an amazing day! This is the memorable and exciting election of my lifetime. Maybe now our country will heal some wounds and pull together, work together, even be live as good neighbors in the same neighborhood. Obama believes in his ability to bring change; I believe in mine. How about you?!
I am creating a web site to archive stories, photos, videos and articles to keep a history of the Obama '08 campaign. Whether Obama wins or loses, this race has been historic.
Here is the current link. It will soon be at www.obama08.org.

If you're interested in participating, sign up for the newsletter at the site and I'll send you info ASAP.
I am still astonished at how quickly and neatly the primary season came to an end. All at once we find ourselves in the running. Now, that "We've done it. Now, let's do it." Let's make this ticket the winning ticket.
The advertising legend David Ogilvy once wrote that "Everyday he felt obliged to come up with a new idea for his clients." A generation later, Peter Arnell used to ask, "What have you done today?" I think we all need to commit ourselves, between now and November, and ask what can we do to put Obama in the White House? Small things and large—read the paper(s) to be as informed as possible when you argue for Obama's candidacy, raise a little money, whatever you're inclined to do but do something to move the campaign ahead.
I congratulate everyone who played a role in making this historic event, not only a reality but in doing helped create the future we're all about to enter.
On the 45th anniversary
of Martin’s “I Have a Dream”
Barack will accept the nomination
and the crowd will certainly scream
Our country now more accepting
of one's character not their skin
having faith in Barack as a person
Democrats believe he can win
A historic time for our nation
when a black man could be President
this day will be written in history
and our pride will be evident
Removing Bush from the White House
in November we will arrange
Barack is the change we can believe in
and I say “Embrace the Change!”

Today, as Barack Obama takes to the stage in Denver to deliver a historic address to the over 75,000 people gathered at Invesco Field and accept the Democratic nomination for President of the United States, communities across Michigan will be gathering together at local watch parties to show their support for the Obama-Biden ticket. The hundreds of gatherings present an opportunity to celebrate with family, friends and neighbors and to learn more about Barack Obama’s plans to bring change to our state and our nation. Today also marks the 45th anniversary of Reverend Martin Luther King Jr.’s, extraordinary “I Have a Dream” speech. Just as Dr. King looked forward and dreamed of a brighter future, communities across Michigan will be coming together to share their hope for change and a better tomorrow.
Tonight will be a truly historic moment in our history. Sharing the experience with your community and attending a watch party in your neighborhood will make the moment even more extraordinary. We have 322 watch parties across the state.

This is the most historic day of may 18 year old life. In the 1st time in American history, an African American has been nominated for presidency. We all knew that that would happen at the Democratic National Convention, but my lord, I never that this day would ever come! My heart was trully weeping and overwhelmed with joy. All walks of life-- Blacks, Whites, Yellow, and Brown--have united for the same purpose and you know what? That is trully amazing and awe-inspiring.
By Barack Obama wining the nomination, it means that every single African-American child living on the South Side of Chicago can shoot for the stars. Every African-American child left behind by their families, communites, city, and nation, has no excuse to not fight to become great.
Not only does Barack Obama give African -Americans hope, he gives that little child in West Virginia whose father is serving in Iraq, hope for a better day. Barack gives that Native American child living on a reservation, hope for tommorow. And Barack gives that child whose parents emigrated to America and are working countless jobs, hope for a better future. No mountain is ever too high to climb over and defeat. Barack Obama has clearly proved it, whether you like it or not!
Barack Obama has instilled in me that the American Dream is still lives on today, and that we must come together, beginning in our homes, pouring out into our communities, towns and cities, and finally reaching into the White House, to fight and demand the change we need. we need to change our "me" society into a "we" society.
I endorse Barack Obama as our next President of the United States of America. Only in America would this be possible ~U.S.A Land of the Free and Home of the Brave~
I will be in Davis, CA on the 28th for business and was wondering if anyone in the local area will be hosting
an "Acceptance Speach" party? Being a historical event, date wise and the Grand Finale to the Convention
I would like to see & hear it and NOT be sitting in traffic wasting gas....
Please let me know if anyone is hosting a "watching" party or just to be able to watch.?
I already called "sports bars" and they have Special Orders NOT to put anything other
than sports ON the TV's especially Political... so that's out...
Please let me know if you know of any... TIA ;-)
I'll take a page from Senator Obama's book and start by saying that "I respect Senator John McCain's service to our country ..." He is truly a hero. (And this is not talk. Check out this article if you haven't already.)
What I've seen of him on a consistent basis is a blind tendency to concede the battle ground to his opposition. Noteably with his comment that "General Petraeus is correct when he says that the central battleground in the struggle against Al Qaeda is Iraq, and Osama bin Laden just confirmed that again with his comments last week," and then quoted a line from an audio recording of bin Laden calling for support of the Mujahadeen in Iraq. This statement was hotly criticized, as he failed to see the strategic weakness of fighting on the battleground of the enemy's choosing.
Witness how this played out in the general election strategy that he pulled out in New Orleans last night. The whole speech betrayed a tone of apologics and he was clearly on the defensive, instead of being the "leadership we can believe in" and asserting he's own framing of the battlefround. A couple of things I noticed that betrayed this tendency were:
the green? What's up with that? Was it an attempt at playing up the 'green' energy them? Just don't get it.
the slogan? "Leadership We Can Believe In": a poor play on Obama's slogan a kin to the GOP's embarassing "Change You Deserve". We all know how that went.
the Bush? He whined quite a bit about Obama's use of the McBush analogy and failed to effectively debunk it.
the teleprompters? Notice he used two of them, in signature Obama style, to convey the illusion of referring to the audience. He did it with far less style and ease.
the content? He overwhelmingly focused on 'change'. Trying to reframe what we understand as change. Let's be clear. This is not a battle he can win on Obama's terms and he shouldn't have tried. He has poor advisers in his ear. Which brings me to my next point...
His independent mind has seemed increasingly weakened throughout this nomination process. No longer the maverick of old, his messages have been consistently forumalated by those around him. This pattern is alarming and deeply-rooted. Beginning again with foreign policy, the Senator seems even to be seeking counsel from those who are not supposed to offer it. Speaking before the Associated Press’s annual meeting yesterday, McCain was asked whether he would consider “diverting troops from Iraq to Afghanistan” in order to catch Osama bin Laden. McCain replied, “I would not do that unless General Petraeus said that he felt that the situation called for that.” The problem is that Petraeus himself explained, to McCain and his Senate colleagues, that decisions like these aren’t his to make. His role is to make tactical decisions, not strategic ones.
This I think is what McCain is best at as well. Let's grant it to him. The surge was a tactically good idea. McCain has a few good ones sprinkled here and there that he has closely aligned himself with and defends almost violently. But in large part when he has no ideas of his own, he is impacted heavily by the 'informed' opinion of those around him. As a result, he has fallen prey to opportunistic figures like Gramm (see mortgage crisis), Lieberman and Graham (see the so-called non-partisan Vets for Freedom that basically drafted the Iraq visit line.)
I respect McCain. But in the end I think he is merely a tactical man, unfit to make the strategic decisions of a Commander-in-Chief. Maybe he should have stayed in the military. He would have been tactically savvy and a fierce follower or orders. But there's no way he should be commander-in-chief.
Any one for a town hall meeting?
Senator Obama...I have always been a huge fan and supporter, but after watching your speech today, I am filled with pride and overwhelmed with emotion! I believe that you not only dealt with the Rev. Wright issue, you did what no other politician would dare to do! You put all racial/economic differences out there for all of America to see and start to talk about.
As an upper-middle class white woman who grew up in an all-white community, and who, now lives in a very conservative community in Florida, you would think I would be supporting one of the other candidates. I do not like people assuming things about me just because of the color of my skin, or where I live. I shuttle my children across town and out of my neighborhood school so that they can get a well-rounded education with children of all races, because I feel that THIS is what will serve them in the future! The reactions I get from neighbors makes me aware of the fact that I am ahead of my time. But I believe that with you as our President, more and more people will start believing that we are all citizens of the UNITED States! We all deserve opportunities to better ourselves and our families, and you can lead us towards a country that embraces our differences and uses them for the betterment of the country!
Thank you Mr. Obama, for making the speech that no one else has had the guts to make! You have proven yourself a diplomat of Presidential proportions, that our country has NEVER seen before! This speech, this moment is HISTORIC!! Thank you!

Florida supports Obama!
After watching the debate last night, my belief that Obama has the most difficult task in the debates, was again reaffirmed. He has the slipperiest slope, the narrowest high wire - pick your metaphor. MSNBC touched on it just a bit but not nearly far enough to the heart of the balancing act.
People always bring up the sadly true double-standard women face: a woman fights back and she’s an unfeminine b-word; a man fights back and he's strong, unflappable. But many gloss over the double-standard for a man.
A man must treat a woman like a lady or he is a prick. He cannot attack too harshly or he is seen as a bully. Have you noticed Obama pulling the chair out for her, standing when she gets up? I contend that she has gotten the first questions because of the very deeply rooted chivalrous traditions regarding men in women that many wish not to speak of ~ ladies first.
Now, agree or disagree to the previous point, Obama battles another layer to this balancing act. As a man of ethnic heritage, an African American, in order to maintain his integrity of his beliefs race is not a "card" he can play. Here is where MSNBC did catch on to a fascinating hypothetical.
Hillary ended with beaming pride over the opportunity to be the first female President. She stated that having her, a female, in the Oval Office would in fact bring about this "change" (not an accidental play on Obama's campaign themes) and a whole new world of what was possible and who could do what. She stated that “the rules would change” simply because she, as a female, would naturally navigate the Presidential world differently. Her implication was crystal clear - if a woman becomes President it is SO historically significant that a mere side effect will be inherent, dare I say genetic, change in Washington.
Americans today are showing a level of interest early in the 2008 presidential race that is completely without precedent. The intense focus of the American public on the race for the presidency, many months before even the first primaries and caucuses, reveals the extent to which regular Americans are longing for a new, meaningful politics. It is this extraordinary pang of hunger for change in America right now that explains Barack Obama's unlikely and astonishingly rapid ascent to become the most inspiring and hopeful figure in American politics since President Ronald Reagan, or even President John F. Kennedy.
America is ready to turn the page. To turn the page on patronage, on dynasties, and on polarization. On cronyism, on Swift-Boat style attack campaigns, and on the auctions we've held in place of elections. America is ready to turn the page on the tired politics of the last generation.
