Dear Mr. President:
Please deliver this message to the people in the country of Iran, Israel, Africa and other countries you deem appropriate. There are victims of war who have lost their family and friends who are in pain. There are no psychiatrist, social workers, or counselors to help them heal from their pain in their country. I just feel that these few words may give a little comfort and help them calm down their anxiety and stress levels.

I am with you for justice, I am with you for freedoms, I am with you for the love of your God, your Allah, and your Jesus and I feel your pain.
I don’t pretend to know how you feel when someone raids your home and injures your family. I can only guess that your loss would cause you to want to strike back. And I don’t blame you. I blame your leaders of yesterday for the pain of today and so should you. The past years of bad leaders have contributed to so many of our family’s heartache, pain and suffering and there is no excuse for that.
I just would caution you to blame those past bad leaders and let your present leaders move you into a new age of health, freedom and justice for you all. I ask you to be patient with your new leaders of today and allow our new leaders to assist you with your new God given life because you are blessed. You were blessed to survive the bad leaders of the past and you should take pride of this blessing to work with your new leaders to promote peace, love, prosperity for living to not let the memory of your love one die but live forever in you.
You have been blessed with your health and strength by your God, by your Allah, by your Jesus. You are Blessed. How do I know? You are alive today and standing right here and now demanding respect. You are blessed by your God, your Allah, and your Jesus and you can testify to your new family of today about the past. You are blessed. Take your blessings seriously and work with your neighbor, work with your new government, work with your new leader in peace. Take your blessings of life and freedom and build up your neighborhood, build up your home and build up your life in peace.
You have withstood the test of time and war and therefore, you are blessed. I too am blessed. I have survived just as you have survived bad leaders of the past. I have survived just as you have survived wars of the past and I have survived just as you have survived discrimination of one’s race, discrimination of one’s beliefs. Yes, we are blessed.
We are blessed because we are alive and have survived. We must take our blessings from God and Allah to the future, to our future. We must take our blessings from God, from Allah, from Jesus and make peace for our future. We must take our blessings from God, from Allah, from Jesus and make our love ones who lost their life proud. Our Blessings from God and from Allah is not given to us without sacrifice or without loss or pain. It was given to us by our Gods for his paradise of peace and love. We are blessed.
We are chosen by Allah and God and Jesus for peace and for his love. I cannot take back what our bad leaders did in the past. I can only try to take my blessings into the future of hope for peace and love. I can only take my blessings to build a home for my family and build a peaceful and loving home for our country. You must take your blessings of life from God and Allah and Jesus to make a happy home and peaceful country for your family and to rebuild your home into the future because you are blessed.

Godlessness is Good
I am an atheist. I do no claim to have answers and, conversely, I do not believe that anyone else does either. And, if there truly IS a god, I am thoroughly off the hook for not believing in it/him/her--the only god that I would ever believe in would be a kind and loving and understanding god, and that god would really like the fact that I question such god's existence. I believe that actions are everything in life. We all control each and every moment that we live, totally and completely vis-a-vis our own actions, inactions, words, thought, etc. I do not put the onus on some other thing out there; I take full responsibility for everything that involves my own self. Furthermore I do not believe in repentance for sins or forgiveness for repeating mistakes. Instead, I choose knowingly and intentionally to always do the right thing with respect to living my life. I always do my very best each and every moment of each and every day. I have no hang ups; I am free. Free, that is, from the many and varying twisted and pathological idees fixe that almost every religion seems to impose on it's followers. I always do the right thing, having complete control of myself. I don't make mistakes, except maybe in math. I like to rant, I like to rave, I like to tell people what to do, but I really don't care if they listen...I AM the Jehovah of my own universe. I don't need to wear hair shirts to repent and I don't need to confess to anyone for sins because I don't "sin" in the first place. I am kind, loving, generous, understanding and intelligent. There is nothing in this world that I need or want for myself. I am perfect, PERFECT FLAWS AND ALL.
The question of just which of the many religion has it "right" and has the answers is asinine and useless. My contention is that I and I alone have it all right...get my point? I kind of like the simplicity of what the 14th Dalai Lama has said. He said: "My religion is simple. My religion is kindness." End of story.

Instead...
Instead of basic human kindness, the world is filled with unspeakable atrocities, mind boggling hypocrisy and countless criminal injustices. Many of these wretched and abhorrent behaviors are personified in organized religions and in the name of "god." So-called Christians are among the worst of offenders. I am a lifelong agnostic, bordering on atheist and, by my witnessing the absolutely reprehensible behavior and deranged beliefs by and of the most dogmatic right-wing fundamentalist religious types, I come to believe more than ever that religion is the root of all evil. I sincerely believe that religion, particularly the various and horrible forms of Christianity, is far more damaging than helpful. I do not believe that one can do one horrible deed after another and then simply repent and ask forgiveness; rather, you, um, to quote the bible "reap what you sow." In Buddhism it's called "Karma." And I am certain that every religion and belief system around the world has a word or phrase for it. What ever it is that you give out, you shall get it all back in spades; I don't believe in repentance or forgiveness; live your life with the best of intentions ALWAYS, and always do your best. That's really all there is to it. Be kind, generous and open-handed. Do not bean asshole or greedy, stingy tight-fisted and judgmental. It's all so very simple, why do so many religious people get it all so, well, so wrong?!?! If more so-called "good Christians" would actually follow the words and teachings of their hero Jesus Christ ( a great prophet, in my estimation) then they wouldn't be the hypocritical, right-wing, bigoted, judgmental cretins that so many of them are in reality. There is absolutely no excuse for such behavior from anyone in this world of ours. Look at yourselves, as you ruin the world!!!! And in the name of god, to boot!!!!! The current rise of Christian crusades, preaching creationism and strict fundamentalism, are more than just ignorant, stupid and vile; they are dangerous. These incomprehensible busybodies want the rest of the world to see things just as they do. Why can't these people just keep their mouths shut and be content in their own lives without trying to force their asinine and evil notions on others?

It is my contention that each religion has a basic and good foundation, and each has a measure of good words and good teachings. That being said, I think that once human beings, particularly those who don't practice looking closely at themselves and their own behaviors, that instead latch onto a certain book and then these people go on to ruin their own lives in such puzzling and crazy ways. Particularly if you're saddled with the belief that the almighty god is a jealous, nasty, ill-tempered and hateful god, um, that that bastard in the Old Testament. (Don't these morons know that the Constitution is purposely an utterly GODLESS document??)
As I cringe again and again at the fact that every single politician, Democrat and Republican alike, tries to pander to the organized religious institutions in our country, I become more resentful that religion of any kind should be an issue at all in the political arena. The presidential contenders in both parties are playing a game of one-upmanship as to whom has more faith in god whilst the word "god" should never, ever, enter the political arena at all. The most omnipresent danger in politics is religion--and time after time, particularly with the fanatical right-wing conservatives, it, religion, seems to be at the forefront; and this is indeed dangerous.
The so-called and much-more-often-than-not-so-good 'Christian' soldiers have been, still are and will continue to be devils incarnate: President Bush, Dick Cheney, Condaleeza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell, Carl Rove ( just to name a few ) have participated in the most impeachable offenses from the very beginning of their dictatorship; in fact, they are war criminals and repeatedly override the Constitution--there are no checks and balances left and they are ruling the world into irreparable oblivion and a quagmire so deep and dense that it's utterly mind boggling. Yet it's fascinating to watch, you must admit.

As you learn to step out in faith, know that the Father will be please with your expression of His love for you, and placing value upon the Gift and grace of God that has been bestowed upon your life.
Let not another man hinder you in your gifting. Walk in humility, and the Gift of God will make room for you. Will give opportunity for you. I remember when I first desired the gift of prophecy and exhortation. I was very shy and did not speak out in public.But I so wanted to be used in the gift of God, and wanted to glorify God in my life.I did not want to displease God, by being disobedient, and being fearful.Bible says to not quench the Spirit, Do not despise prophecy.We honor one another and glorify God as we open ourselves to the Holy Spirit and give Him full access to our hearts and lives. Be ye filled with the Spirit. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. Jesus said, that out of your belly will flow rivers of living waters. These waters are the overflow of the blessing, gifting of God in our lives.And he wants these rivers of living waters to be healing to the nations.God wants to speak to the hearts and minds of his people. And how can he speak if we do not give him our voice and heart to declare the mighty works of God, and His deep love for his people. Stir up the gift of God, Fall in love with the saviour Jesus Christ and desire to be like him, desire to be pleasing to the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. Let the voice of God and the heart of God have first place in our live.And as we are faithful in ministering the Gift of God, distributing the gift and favor of God upon others. You will find that God gives the increase. Increase in knowledge and wisdom, increase in compassion for others. Increase with a desire to be close to God, to please Him, to give him full reign in our lives.Lord shall reward you for your faithfulness.
As I tried to explain earlier, I asked the Lord in my prayer time to use me in the Gift of prophecy, I wanted the Love of God in my life, and I wanted the people to be edified with the heart and love of the Father. And God made a way for me, even in my beginnings, in my childish ways, He is faithful. He started to use someone in the meetings to speak with the Gift of tongues, and them the Lord would give me the interpretation. I would begin to hear the voice of God in my mind, these words would begin to speak to me and continue to repeat themselves. Until I decided to release them to the Church, I believe they were like a fire in my heart. The heart of God wanted to be release to love and comfort his people. As time went by I began to feel the glory of God, and grew in confidence in Gods gift in me. I began to start to prophecy in meetings with only the prompting of God. I did not always need the Gift of tongues in the meetings to stir up my faith.See as we are faithful to God, we edify the body, building up one another, and strengthen one another. So that the other person will begin to operate in the Giftings of God.Greater is He that is in us that he that is in the world. The anointing of God upon your life will enable you to hear the voice of God, give you a new heart to seek after God.Let’s desire to be a God pleaser. Walk in faith and love and see the Gift of God operate in your life.

I'm wondering what other christian bloggers opinions are about Obama's recent comment in Turkey about the USA not being a christian nation? I think he's right in some ways that it's not defined by religion like some countries are, but christianity still permeates(sp?) the country very deeply. It may not officially be anything and that's fine, but it's an interesting idea to bring up. I know of many people who WOULD say the US is a Christian nation. I wrote another blog post about this and Obama's Christian t-shirts on my main website, but I'd like to know here what people's opinions are about this. It's something that' affects us all more than some of us might want to believe.
I watched an HBO special last night called "Right America" it was quite an insight on the beliefs and reasons as to why certain people especially from the south didn't vote correctly on Nov. 4th (namley voted republican) here are some of the reasons given.
1) He's not a man of God he believes in murder. And will ellect all new supreme court judges to support him.
(obviosly the "God Squad" that don't believe in "free will" and dosen't know how the judical system works)
2) I don't like the fact that our taxes are going to go up.
(this was a school teacher, she must be REALLY rich or just watches fox news)
3) He's not an American, he's going to be sworn in using the Qur'an and since those were Muslims that attacked us on 9/11 I think he's in bed with terrorists.
(I think everyone in the south should be sent a version of the Constitution, then when they get past 3rd grade be made to read it, especially the part about only a natural born citizen can become president!)
4) America isn't ready for a black president.
(notably these were NAS-CAR enthusiasts that think going in circles really fast is cool and they also wanted to repeel the woman's right to vote, nuff said)
5) He'll turn this country Socialist just like Hitler and Marx did to Europe!

At this point my interest then laughter turned into utter shock. First, Hitler was a fascist and Marx was a communist, which by the way wasn't even living at the world war two stage, I think the name they were grasping for was Stalin! That would be about as far left and far right as you could politically get. Second, The "Evil" word of "Socialism", thanks to the republicans most people in the US think it means communism, it dosen't, it just means "ecconomic equality".
We have a socialist police force & fire service because it's considered good for everyone, why not a socialist health care system. Basic human rights should be covered by the government, my favorite quote, "A government FOR the people BY the people" should include taking CARE of the people.
Now i'm not saying that ALL socialist things are good, we don't need ALL electric power handled by the government but an option might lower some electric bills and maybe water and gas as an option. It would sure stop some summer price hikes when your air is running or winter gas hikes when you need to be warm. Just a thought.
Back to healthcare, my sister-in-law is a republican and my wife and I democrat, last year my wife was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, it took the administration more than two hours to get her to her room and most of that time was filling out paperwork and waiting around for return phone calls from our insurance provider. I asked my sister-in-law, "wouldn't you like to see a free health care system?", she said, "Hell no we have much better healthcare than other countries", lets see. My cousin in England is doctor, i asked him how long it takes, he sent me the form needed to enter an NHS (National Heath Service) hospital.

My wife has had her opperation and is now on her chemo and her radiation ($3000 per session, total with insuance $36,000, our insurance paid thank god, total in England $0) She's now taking four perscription drugs everyday one of them costs $105 per pill, thankfully the insuance covers them. I told my cousin what the medication was and he told me, "it doesn't matter what the drug is it's $10.00 per perscription". I asked him what about the $105 pill what if she need 30 of them, he said, "$10.00 per perscription no matter what, 10 pills, 100 pills same price".
"The taxes must be really high to have such a socalist healthcare system?"
5% extra tax and everyone is covered, not even perscription charges for children under 16 and people over 65, they pay nothing at all. I can hear people saying "5%" that's a huge chunk of my money, is it? is it really? think about it, if your employed you pay for a medical plan, A chunk comes out of your pay check each month and your employer pays the difference. Look at your pay stub next time you get paid and calculate how much your paying, it's about on average 2% of your income and your boss foots another 5%, that's 7%, 2% more than what you would pay, 1% on your side plus your employer could pay you more as they save money by not having to insure you!
Just do the math, if you paid a little more your employer could save money and maybe not offshore your job!
Unemployed people pay nothing, small business people get a tax rebate.
I lived and was born in England for more than 30 years, I think the longest i waited was about an hour without an appointment. As for long waiting lists, not true, if you have elective surgery then sure you might need to wait a while but for serious medical needs your seen right away, do Americans really think a heart attack victim has to wait a month before he gets treated?
Don't get me wrong I love this country and England is far from perfect, England is rated 18th best in the world for healthcare but America is listed at 37th?
Most Americans couldn't name 36 countries, Africa isn't a country by the way and neither is Europe:-)
Are we as Americans really sure we wouldn't want to have some free healthcare, sooner or later everyone gets sick, do you want to have to sell your house to pay for it?
Back to the five questions I heard above, one thing sticks out more than anything I heard, dis-information & lies. Any well educated person knows that there are two parties, not people but parties, there was Bush and then McCain, just because McCain is a likable fellow does not mean he thinks different, his "Party", is the same. Most of the people interviewed didn't like Bush alot but thought McCain could be trusted. Now i'm no magical wizz on politics but isn't republican being replaced by republican the same policy? Education, Education, Education. It's not the man/woman it's the policy then the person. If Joe the Plummer was running and won the nomination for the democrates I'd still vote democrat. I must admit though voting for someone that came from nothing make me tingle a little, least he knows how many houses he owns (the words silver & spoon spring to mind for McCain and wife).
A very smart man by the name of "Tony Benn" once said a very profound statment and it's happening right now in America, he said. "There are only two ways to control the people if your in government, fear and lack of education, scare the people and they will let you do anything even if it infringes on there civil liberties. Don't educate the people so they believe what you say"
Think about it, wire taps, getmo, people not knowing the facts, people not asking questions, people looking for WMD, wars started, terror, terror, terror. and the last thing the republicans wanted removed from the stimulus package, less on education. We have become a nation of sheep looking for a leader I hope we have found one, the fat cats in washington have raped this country enough, the private companies have transfered the public funds via a war not needed, American lives have been wasted in the name of corperate greed and the world has become more unstable than ever. Unless we realise that our government is broken we can never fix it. The french did just that several hundred years ago now they are ranked number one in human rights including healthcare. There government is afriad of it's people, Americans seem afriad of it's politicians. I hope we have the right person, I personally think so but like i said the fat cats want to keep there wealth, it's going to be hard to take it from them.

On January,21th
I am not a "democrat" -- and I am not a "republican" --- If I had the choice of parties, I would go with a God focused agenda party. We have been "One Nation Under God" since we started. Exiting religious mandates, though, we are vowed to freedom of religion and we watch to not allow a single religion dominate or lesson our freedoms while respecting our fellow American's rights to worship or not worship as they so choose. I think this is how God would have it... we then truly have the freedom to make our own decision... that's the kind of love a father wants, no forced, but chosen. Regardless of where we stand in that decision, we are obligated to love (or at least respect) and allow each other's decisions. Most of us have common good goals and together we can make them happen. This is my hope for the Obama / Biden era. That we can collectively achieve goals which will make this world a much better place.
It is amazing what can be done when we unify. I plan to support my leadership by verbally and hopefully physically getting behind the positive agenda items which will continue to make this world a better place.
My hope is that we can break down barriers to other countries like never before and synergize efforts to wipe out things like hunger & people, drug, and arms traffiking while stimulating the world economy to allow everyone an opportunity to have a respectable trade or job.

I heard a woman talking today. She was saying that we are all winners because when we were conceived it was a race for the egg by millions of sperm and we were the one that won.
Never mind the patriarchic context. We are after all the byproduct of both egg and sperm but it truly is the sperm that competes and the egg, at least according to popular understanding, is a relatively passive recipient of frantic attention. I heard once from a fellow carpenter that the egg becomes softer to penetration by sperm when a woman has had an orgasm, hmmm.
I was, while this parable was being issued, suddenly flung into a dream. In this dream I am, or was, about seven and on a playground behind a public school. I was looking around at the other children and suddenly realizing that this was not the world I had hoped or assumed that it was. I saw for the first time that this was an intensely competitive place, this world of humans, not co-operative or loving or even mutually satisfactory really. I saw the other children locked in an animal race for domination and fulfillment of whatever instinctive need presented itself. I was shocked, angered. I was extremely angry.
I made a decision then that has colored my entire life. I decided to never engage in the struggle, to neither win nor lose. I decided to disengage.
I returned to my chair in the room with the woman and finished listening to her talk and after the thing was over I told her the effect her words had on me. She seemed to understand and said that my expectation that the world be fair, her word, is entirely unreasonable. I interjected that although she may be right it is not because my hope is not beautiful but because it is not the way the world really is. I later realized that I had fallen into a syntactic trap by accepting both the word fair as assessment of my desire and by accepting the assumption that I had wanted the world, of humans, to be fair rather than merely assuming, as a child, that it already was.
The truth is that those who have won the race are by definition winners. And that if winning the race gets one alive then right on for winning. The truth is that when she spoke of winners she was talking to those who might suspect that they were losers and so the dichotomy is reinforced through consolation.
If there is a god then he is a trickster.
I like that kid I was on that playground. I respect his decision.
To win or lose is a stupid way to spend ones life. To win or lose is a tragic misuse of the incredible and gigantic potentials of humanity.
I must say though that as an adult I am having a rather different perspective on the issue. If I see a rent it is my duty to either sew it closed or tear it further open according to my will. I am, after all a member.

Obama tends to see the good side only, when it comes to ministers. Didn't his relationship with the Reverend Wright teach us this? To me this shows naiveté rather than cockiness. I hope this “one-sided vision” doesn’t apply to heads of state. I’m glad he’ll have Hillary as a buffer.
As for “you’re likable enough Hillary”, that has been way overblown. Watch the tape again. He was caught by surprise and had to say something. Maybe a bit sardonic, but not arrogant.
And “obsessive workouts”? Daily exercise is important, especially when one wants to relieve stress and stay in shape. With George W. Bush, on the contrary, it was clear that being a “physical trainer” was a more important role to him than being president.
As for Bishop Gene Robinson’s comment that “the God that [Rick Warren] is praying to is not the God that I know.” That statement is off the mark. I guess he meant "interpreting" rather than "praying to"
As for Warren’s role at the inaugural, it bothers me too. I would have preferred a ”Billy Graham” type, one who doesn’t state that Jews don’t go to Heaven, as Warren did when asked about it at an Aspen Ideas Festival. **
Barack Obama is only human, not divine. So let’s all stay in the big tent and wait to see how he actually governs as president. We’re really not sure, but most of the early signs are positive.

Those two newspapers were leaning against my front door this morning. I can't find the envelope with my cash tip inside. What am I going to do? I stood, newspapers in hand, and looked down my long driveway. It is a white nightmare down at the end of it. Overlapping plows in unwitnessed combat have crisscrossed the cul-du-sac and left jumbled 'Tiger Teeth' of piles strewn everywhere down there. I cannot imagine making my way into that mess to find my papers. I have got to tip this mysterious elusive newspaper person. Christmas stress. I read Judith Warner, a replacement columnist for David Brooks in the New York Times. Where is David? Oh, he needed a break for Christmas, I guess. These 'princes of press' must have their rest. I mean, after all, it takes intensive labor to sit and write something interesting. Another Christmas crock. Like the garbage Judith wrote this day. Brainless. Let's see, she writes about the fact that reason and logic are triumphing over the forces that make Christmas what it should be...wonder, marvel and faith. I am paraphrasing, as her stuff is not worth memorizing. She calls this the 'Woody Allenization' of Christmas. I do like that line, however misplaced and addled it is. You see, Judith is lost in the combating and overlapping mythologies of Christmas in our culture. She is all caught up in the Santa Claus thing, I guess. I am so very sorry Judith, but even though Norad has been tracking Santa's Christmas Eve flight ever since 1955, he is not real. We made it all up to have fun with our kids...and quite possibly for control and discipline purposes as well.
Christmas is filled with wonder, marvel and faith. You just have to look beyond the mythologies. The wonder that people can take a bit of time and think about the plight and condition of others around them. The marvel that they will go out and spend time and money to get something for somebody else that is just right, just to have that person feel a little bit better about life, and maybe them. The faith that something is at work of goodness, driven by, well, you don't have to know. You just have faith that there are more people like you out there, buying stuff not totally out of obligation but because you really want to get stuff for them. There was an old school joke about faith that always liked, even thought the underlying premise was discomforting. Johnny is sitting in the back of his grade school class when his teacher asks the big question. what is faith? Johnny raises his hand, which the teacher tries to avoid, as Johnny is a notorious trouble-maker (i like that part as I was always in that coat closet in my Catholic School for shameful questions). But the teacher caves in when there are no other hands. "Alright Johnny, go ahead...," the teacher says, with disappointment and a bit of trepidation. "Faith is believing in something that you know is not really true," Johnny responds, in his normal fashion. Johnny went, of course, straight to the coat closet, to inhale the aroma of all the little girl's coats hanging there, if he was like me. But the premise of that story is not true. You can have faith in any number of things that may or may not be true. We just don't have enough data or life experience to know. God is like that too. Is He there? Is He a He? What is the deal? I think He is, but I am not sure. I am beginning to sound like Woody Allen, who I never liked, although he is funny...but with some real bad personal habits.
About teaching. The Times had an article about teaching in it. The writer combined the plight and conduct of my beloved auto workers with that of teachers. They are unappreciated. That part is true. But auto workers do not stay up nights working on their stuff, worrying about their charges and taking extra time and effort to help a small person who really needs it. Teachers are different. I know one well. I mean one right now, sleeping and shopping away because she is off for the holiday (one of the few small benefits of the profession). This teacher is kinda normal I think. She asked me to write a short story for her grade school classes. So I wrote The Treasure Pool, which is found somewhere back there in these blogs. She gave out forty-nine copies and then had all the students write reviews back to me. She copied and stapled, read the story to make sure I had not slipped in any filth (I am, after all, an ex-Marine!) and then spent time and trouble helping these kids to come to terms with the plot, the theme and the elements of English such necessary educational arrows to have in their quivers. The critiques came back, and they were wonderful. Oh, I got dinged pretty good on my grades in certain areas. I wrote back to those kids who had given me bad grades for the most minor of things. I was stung. I was nice, but I had to say something! But the story is not about me. It is about the extra time and effort this teacher, Mrs. Machado, takes to really help and advance her students. She is an example of what it is all about out here, and in this holiday season. She follows Sister Sarah Fogarty (my fourth grade teachere) and Sister Michael Marie (my fifth grade teacher) in being one of those unknown and unsung saints. Maybe here, in this lonely blog, she will get the only public recognition she ever gets. But she is all about Christmas. The embodiment. And she is filled with reason and logic and understanding the universe. But she is also a thing of wonder, marvel and faith. Merry Crhistmas Anise Machado. We love you.

After loosing the elections to Obama. John Mccain goes home with hope of having a wonderful Thanksgiving with his immediate family. Mccain flew into his hometown on his private jet but when he reached the airport, his usual guest didn’t greet him. There weren’t any balloons, the bands weren’t playing or crowds weren’t cheering. This was unusual, he didn’t even see Sarah Palin. He looked into the distance but all he could see was snow and his cold breath in the air. He looked at his secret service and even they looked shocked about what was happening. For 40 years his town greeted him every Thanksgiving, so WHAT HAPPENED.
He looked at his wife and gave her a smile then said, “Moneys been tight this year for everyone baby. Maybe the town couldn’t afford a celebration this year”
Mrs. Mccain looked at her husband with her devilish grind, “You’re probably right baby. Everyone can’t afford the things we have!”
Mccain grabbed his wife arm and helped her through the snow. He looked at his wife then said, “At least we still have our limo!”
Mccain’s limo was black and warm inside. The bar was filled with Champaign, just like years before. His secret service followed the limo in their black Yukon. Mccain could see despair in his wife’s eyes. He looked at her and said this while he rubbed her thigh, “Baby, I’m still your little P.O.W, right”
Mrs. Mccain’s wife batted her eyes then ran her finger thru Mccain’s hair and gave him a hug as he continued to rub her thigh, “You are my little soldier. Don’t worry!”
Mccain leaned back in his leather seats proud of what he just heard. But when he looked out his window it all disappeared, “What’s going on here?”, Mccain yelled.
Mrs. Mccain rushed to the window because she wanted to see. But what she saw she couldn’t believe, “Why do everyone in your town have Obama campaign signs in there yards!’
Mrs. Mccain looked at John and she immediately knew he was scarred. His eye lit up like a deer staring into your headlights, “I can’t believe it. My own people voted for Obama. What’s going on?”
Alarms kept ringing in John’s ears as he looked out the window and things slowly started to become clear. Most of the people he knew was in Obama’s below 250 thousand dollar tax bracket. While Mccain was trying to help the rich, he was forgetting about the poor. This is something that Republicans have done thousands of times before. As Mccain’s thoughts lingered as his wife started to scream.
Mrs. Mccain, “What the hell did you do? You lost to a black man. Now our lives are ruined. No one will ever remember you for being a prisoner of war. Now everyone will look at us and laugh. And our friends want come to our parties or to any of our functions because you were the first White Republican Man to loose to a Black Democrat.”
Mccain couldn’t believe what was ringing in his ears. He looked at his wife because he felt like he had to make things clear, “LooK!”, pointing, “This race wasn’t about color. I lost to a great man. A-----smart guy!”
Mrs. Mccain laughed, “You lost to a Smart Guy… You lost to a great man”, She paused, “You didn’t say that when you were running around calling him a terrorist. You didn’t say that when you made allegations that Obama was a socialist or he wasn’t fit to be President for the last 23 months”
John looked his wife dead in her eyes, “Now you listen here. I only said those things because your family was about to be taxed because of his policies, if your family loose money then I loose money. I didn’t marry you for only your body, Baby. I married you for power and your family seen me as an opportunity to increase their power.”
Mrs. Mccain was furious about what she just heard. Her eyes was red and her vision was blurried, “You little short dwarf. I know you are angry right now, so I’m going to act like I didn’t hear what you just said. But remember one thing! I made you and I’ll break you… Believe it..You had a chance to get power but you lost, I never lost and I can changed your world with a flick of the wrist”
When asked by FRANKLIN GRAHAM whether Barack believed Jesus is the only way to salvation, Barack eloquently stated, ‘Jesus is the only way for me. I’m not in a position to judge other people.
It is the duty for every believer to help reconcile this nation and this world. To do this we must first reconcile ourselves as children of the Eternal Spirit, and reconcile ourselves as brothers and sisters in faith.
