Dare I challenge you on any type of white vs. black issue that arise? Yes, and I charge you with a white-collar crime, too. “White-Collar Crime is the art of deliberate deception for unlawful gain.”
And yet you exert that you are the privilege one that has the right to challenge any type of white vs. black issue because you feel justified in calling and yelling out reverse discrimination. Give me a Break.
No, you dare not give me a break or dare to side with me because I’m black and in the public arena that commands that I take the hit.
So you dare that I challenge you on the deficit and the healthcare reform because you feel justified in sounding the black vs. white and the poor vs. middle class and the “are you really qualified to be President” issues.
I am just so outraged at how these loud mouth Naysayers folks believe that they are the chosen one belonging to the Privilege class that they have the audacity to pick at, stir up trouble and delay progress in the making along with creating a deliberate deception and falsehood for unlawful gain.
Dare I challenge them to continue their antics of disruption just as they have done to disrupt the Congress work in the past like they did to make a mole hill out of nothing with the O.J. chase through the streets in California, like they did with the Mayor Barry smoking dope, like they did with the Jeffrey Damer, like they did with the Anita Hill and Judge, like they did with the Michael Jackson child abuse case, the Monica Lewinski & President and just as they are trying to do with the Senators and Sara Palin today and that is stir this economy and drain all its resources and steal our tax payer dollars.
Like vultures this Arrogant Naysayer and self-proclaimed Privilege folk feels untouchable and blemish free to stall progress in any way. I dare not challenge these Hater-Vultures to stop running up the deficit with those same antics they used in the past. They run up the deficit and create re-work for so many of us that we don’t realize it and can’t see their blows coming.
Yes, I challenge the loud mouth wanna be seen and heard Naysayer to stop running up the deficit with his big gun cameras, newspapers, TV. and radio shows to make the police, investigators, guards, Secret Service, FBI, Lawyers, Politicians, Secretaries, air and ground transportations and all of us Citizens go left versus right. We need to put a muzzle on these Naysayers who cause us to spend our dollars unnecessarily as they did in the Monica Lewinsky and Michael Jackson cases.
Unfortunately, we Citizens are citizens that the Naysayers think that they can take advantage of and distract us from the real issues. It is unfortunate that these Naysayers feel that they are privilege to make up an issue that takes millions of dollars to resolve and file away.
It is Unfortunate that we Citizens allow these Naysayers to run up the deficit more than it normally would run if there were no such issue to arise.
I charge that these loud mouth Naysayers are in violation of a white collar crime called Mass Marketing Fraud, Public Corruption and Government Fraud where because they caused our government budget to be depleted unnecessarily and irresponsibly and unbeknownst to we Citizens. Our government dollars have been diverted time and time again to pay astronomical bills for security, lawyers, accountants, police officers, writers. This diversion cost us time and money.
Therefore, you loud mouth Naysayers are charged with three counts of fraud and disruption of justice and interruption of progress, and Abuse of Power; all white-collar crimes.
As taken from B-Net Business Library on the web below; search White Collar Crime:
“Several channels have contributed to combating economic and high-tech crime:
Independent corporations and private-sector industry coalitions. As a result of limited law enforcement resources, corporations on their own or in cooperation with industry coalitions, such as BITS, the technology group for the Financial Services Roundtable, have had to initiate strategic economic crime-management plans and investigative groups. There is a growing level of frustration among these corporations, because the monetary thresholds for law enforcement even to investigate a case, let alone prosecute, can be very high, depending on the jurisdiction. Coupled with this is increased legislation requiting corporations to institute anti-fraud programs and compliance departments. While protection of corporate assets and their consumers should be their responsibility, there are several consequences to this arrangement. Many economic crimes go unreported; fewer prosecutions of these offenses occur; and perpetrators tend to be fired rather than prosecuted, leaving them free to move on to another organization and continue their victimizing.” END BNET.
In the above paragraph, I can see that this exercise of freedom of speech is over used and abused. I’m reporting that an economic crime has been committed even for the business that employs these Naysayers. The Marshall Law on this type of abuse for overly using freedom of speech needs to be monitored. I’m not saying you can’t say what you say, I’m saying you should not be allowed to stir unnecessary and unreal and bogus propaganda to cause an unnecessary expense on taxpayer dollars.
In this case scenario, a reasonable prudent citizen with sound mind and judgment can look at the Rodney King beating tape to see Abuse of Power and declare and react that those policemen were acting as a terrorist group and call them bullies, a gang in uniform or whatever they felt.
In this case scenario, a reasonable prudent citizen with sound mind and judgment can look at another police incident and call that policeman stupid or an arrogant son-of-a-bitch.
This reaction by a reasonable prudent citizen doesn’t give you the right to Abuse Power by locking up a home owner or crying wolf to cause my tax dollars to be spent to re-investigate whether my President is an American.
This boy crying wolf number three is really asking to be reprimanded for abusing his freedom of speech rights. I think we Citizens are getting real tired of these boys crying wolf over and over and over again to cause our tax dollars be spent unnecessary to run up the deficit that was already toppled over from the last Republican Administration just 8 months ago.
No organization, not corporations, not unions, not churches, not NGOs, not cities, not states, not counties, none are citizens. It seems to me we have forgotten this simple fact.
Further, there is a hierarchy of authority, which we also seems to have forgotten. "We the people .." created our government. Government created the structure, and rulles, for organizations. Thus power and authority flow from the people, to the government to the organizations. We seem to have forgotten this and allowed, nay encouragedd, the tail to wag the dog.
'Tis time to remember where the power lies.
I was in high school when John F. Kennedy was elected and served as President. My fellow high school students were inspired to take action, do tasks for the country and for the community. The JFK imperative to NOT ask what can the country do for me but to ask what can I do for my country resonated in our collective ears. In 10th grade we organized two freedom ride buses to go to Mississippi and to help the organizers there, but the school administrations squashed those attempts. In the 11th and 12th grade years my circle of friends often discussed the Vietnam war as being questionable while our parents and elders thought questioning our government was wrong.
There have been a lot of intervening years since then, and a lot of life events. In summary, and in my opinion, there has been no national political figure like Barack Obama that energized the nation since John F. Kennedy. (RFK and Hubert Humphrey came close.) So that is my frame of reference for the start of my blog entries.
In 40 years I have dropped in and out of being an active citizen. I always gave excuses to myself when I was in the dropped out or disconnected phases. I had a young family, work was too demanding, someone else can do it, I gave a donation and that's enough this year, etc. etc. But I did not like myself. That seemed wrong.
Again, I am leaving part of my story out for the sake of brevity, but last summer I made the deliberate choice of going to my local Obama headquarters in Washington, PA, and asking what can I do. They gave me plenty to do, and I am forever changed. I re-connected with values that my elementary teachers taught me about citizenship.
1. All citizens have a duty to contribute to their country and to their fellow citizens.
2. We are expected to take care of those of us who are less fortunate. Pay it forward. Who knows? Some day, some year, I might be that less fortunate person.
3. We are expected to educate our selves about the issues and the candidates in order to make smart choices on election day.
4. Be tolerant of others. We are all different. Allow me to be different. I will allow you to be different.
5. Treat me fairly and with dignity. All citizens should be treated the same way.
6. We owe it to America to uplift it and make it better. We do not owe it to America to tear it down, to rip it apart, to make it flounder. Be part of the solution, not part of the problem. As Lee Iacocca used to say, "Lead, follow, or get out of the way."
7. I am not one of those strong leader types. I am not a follower like a sheep. I am pretty independent. But I am determined to devote more time to my country where I can and when I can. The most obvious place is the community where I live. I have moved from western Pennsylvania to San Antionio, Texas. I am a newcomer. I am still learning about my surroundings. I did NOT leave my re-discovered passion for citizenship behind me. I brought it with me.

AOL ran a poll on Dec. 4th asking "Do you think there is any merit to the controversy surrounding Barack Obama's citizenship?"
Apparently the radical rightwingers flooded this poll with votes and manipulated the outcome in their favor. Please go vote and turn this thing around! Thanks!

What a question and how regrettable it felt to hear the Republican Party faithful and the McCain’s campaign and their surrogates ask this question that fundamentally seek to denigrate, discriminate and perpetuate the dogmatism and archaism of the racism mentality while pretending to link him to a citizen that had been honored by the state of Illinois in the education sector.
Without an iota of doubt if at this stage in the lives of Sen. McCain and his surrogates they do not know who Sen. Obama is then what on earth will they be able to know and ever understand in their life?
The good news however is the fact that irrespective of Sen. Obama’s associations, inclinations and convictions, and coupled with his natural composition of being completely black and completely white, it suffices to note that Obama is a compassionate, articulate, patriotic and like any of us a citizen of the world and specifically of the United States of America.
We can get lost in a blizzard of campaign promises, it's hard to know which promises a candidate will honor and not honor.
So to make it simple I personally have just one request.
Lower the citizenship fee from $675 to what it use to be; $400.
Here's a msnbc story on this;
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26639393/
I would like to become a citizen and vote but the fee has become a barrier.
Prior to moving to Puerto Rico, I voted in 4 presidential elections. I am about to miss my 4th as an unenfranchised citizen. People should know that 1.3% of the US population has this status. We, as citizens of the USA, cannot vote for our leader, the most powerful person on earth. Now, if I were to move to, say, Russia, I believe I could vote. I would simply register with my last state of residence and request an absentee ballot. Not so for those of us in Puerto Rico, or Guam, etc.
This time it hurts worse than most (though I yearned to vote against Bush twice). That is because there is finally a candidate I want to vote FOR.
As a child of the Greatest Generation I learned that the attraction, glory and resilience of America come from the principle of “We the People.” In my four decades in the national security arena I developed an increasing appreciation for the intent and expectations of this principle, particularly in terms of the Common Defense and Domestic Tranquility. In recent years, enticed to believe that these roles belonged to a chosen elite, each of us have paid an increasing price in loss of power, liberties, and national treasure. Today, by every measure, our current strategic situation is not good. It is from that perspective I believe only Senator Obama offers us the opportunity to reclaim our Republic, restore our national dignity and ensure our overall security. I salute his leadership, embrace his candidacy, and commend his courage.
When those who accept the opportunity for Federal Service fail to recognize their role to protect our Rights, understand their limitations and responsibilities then we are each duty-bound to seek CHANGE. As a Veteran who served in our first line of Defense and several other roles I urge all Americans regardless of political party, ethnic background, religion or what ever else those addicted to power will use to divide and exploit us to join together under the banner or CHANGE. As Americans we are not only stockholders in our Republic but the basis of its power. We are individually and collectively responsible and accountable under the United States Constitution and are obligated to act when our power is usurped. The Constitution is the contract between "We the People", our states governments and those who make up the Federal Government. It does not grant a license to rule arbitrarily, it only provides an opportunity to serve within the powers granted and the constraints applied therein.
The evidence placed before us over the past decade overwhelming demonstrates that a disproportional number of senior Federal officials -- elected or otherwise -- have lost touch with the meaning of service in the Constitutional context. So that we may change our current azmith and do our duty I ask all Americans to become familiar with this body of evidence between now and November 1st and encourage your friends and family to do likewise.
1m citizenship forms processed
Most immigrants who applied for US citizenship during a tidal wave of applications last year should be sworn in and eligible to vote by the November elections, Federal immigration authorities said yesterday. A fee hike last summer led to a surge in naturalization applications - 1.4 million by the budget year that ended in September 2007, nearly double the typical amount. The increase triggered delays in processing times, but federal officials said yesterday that they will have completed more than 1 million naturalization applications by September, including most of those filed last summer. US Citizenship and Immigration Services, which processes applications, typically approves the vast majority of applicants, rejecting 12 percent to 15 percent a year. The agency's Boston office has already finished most of last summer's applications. "We're doing much better than we had anticipated in our original projections," said spokesman Bill Wright. "It's very good progress and we hope to do even better." Federal officials said they reduced the backlog by adding personnel and working extended hours. But advocates for immigrants warned that thousands of people across the United States still will not become citizens in time to vote. "We are still very concerned that there will be large numbers of persons who about a year ago filed to be naturalized and have yet to go through that process," said César Perales, president and general counsel of the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund in New York, which sued the federal agency over the matter. A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit last week, but the organization plans to appeal. Citizenship and Immigration Services received a deluge of citizenship applications last year in part because the fee to apply rose from $400 to $675. Suddenly, the agency's national goal of processing applications in five months stretched to an estimated 16 months to 18 months. Now officials estimate the processing time will be 10 months to 12 months nationally by September, from the time the application is filed until it is decided. In Boston, officials said processing will take nearly nine months. The longest waits - more than 14 months - will be in Hartford, Charlotte, N.C., Charleston, S.C., and New Orleans. To apply for US citizenship, immigrants generally must have been legal residents for five years, have a basic command of English, pass a US history and civics test, have good moral character, and adhere to the US Constitution. They also undergo background checks for security purposes.

I am a supporter of Senator Obama; but among the contenders for the Republican Party’s nomination, you are the only one of which I had any expectation of honor and civility in the Presidential election campaign. As another person who spilled American blood in Vietnamese mud, I respectfully request that you make your first and foremost demonstration of leadership beginning now and call off the smear mongers and slime merchants so that this campaign can be conducted at a level and in a tone worthy of the office for which it contends.
