Rebecca L. Nelson was listed as a murder witness after a shoot-out involving four shooters took place in her parked truck. The charging documents listed her name, and address were given to all of the shooters in the detention center. A 20 year old father of one rolled off the back of her truck with 3 bullets in his head. One shooter was shot in the leg and went to the hospital. A third shooter went to jail given his charging documents with Rebecca listed as a murder witness.
At anytime the shooter could call the fourth shooter and give out Rebecca's information for a drive by shooting. Misdirected anger killed 15 murder witnesses in Baltimore in 2005. The same year the stop snitching video was released. This murder trial was postponed for 18 months.
Rebecca Publishes American Dream Newspaper, since 1999, and did so with her American Indian maiden name, however; the police listed her legal name with no regard to her safety. In all fairness to the Police that was the policy, they were just following their normal operating procedure
She summitted PEACE SIGNS for her photo & for her logo for the election, while working to correct these policies to protect innocent citizens from being put in harms way. Three years later the police & States Attorneys are now NOT releasing witnesses names untill a State's Attorney is assigned these cases, about a month before the trials.
No longer will other citizens have to move and hide for months and years waiting on justice.
In Baltimore the driveby's and numbers of murders have started to decline, finally.
Now, Nelson is addressing the Peace Orders in the State of Maryland that are not worth the papers they are written on. After moving, Nelson closed down an illegal bail bond business in Baltimore and Harford Counties. A handfull of criminals continued to get out after numerous neighbors had called the police. They were arrested, one criminal had 14 charges in one month. Nelson discovered, exposed them and worked to pull the tax numbers of these Bail bondsman, closing down the operation in Baltimore and Harford Counties.
Collectively, neighbors went to the State to file Peace orders. Nelson and her neighbors worked to seek Peace in a military area where we have alot of single and widowed moms, wives and daughters. Several of these Peace Orders were dropped years later when Senator Stone's Son Judge Norman Stone choose to conspire to do so. Judge Stone had no insight as to the danger Nelson was in or maybe he was just playing musical courts to cover or conspire to protect Judge Finifter who did not know how to count to 10. (Nelson has a US Supreme Court case for this one)
Stone put Nelson in harms way, again. For when the criminals left Stones courtroom, after she explained and shared photographs of when she went to serve the Peace Orders it took 5 different Police Officers to find one who knew how to read them, how to serve them, during which time Nelson was hosed, and beaten. The criminals went to the Commissionors the same day and filed lies against Nelson thanks to Judge Stones ineptness; he could of looked up pages of guilty verdicts of this gang and yet he chose to do nothing but dismiss Peace Orders. No wonder his daddy the Senator,(on my Cousin Del Mikie Weirs ticket) wants to clear the dropped Peace Orders!
The Baltimore Sun reported 8000 Peace Orders were dropped, almost half. Most of our sisters are NOT lying and expected the State to care in Baltimore County to no avail in Stones District Court.
Now, that charges are put on the courts web pages while innocent before being found guilty of anything, my clean record, has been marked by their foolishness. And yet, I refuse to let it steal my Peace.
The judges in Baltimore County District Court continue their witch hunt of our sisters of color.
G.Harold Russell, Judge Fletcher, Sally Chester,Judge Bill Evans of the Orphains Court where Nelsons property is registered costing $4600.in fees, a quiet title, a contract to settle good untill a year later, a Specific Performance Case ruled by Judge Levitz that it could not be dismissed, right of certeria for the US Supreme Court for restitution (in Aero Acrea America's 1st planned Community Bi-Laws states 'white only' Nelson has been working to make them 'race nutural): conspired on Oct. 31st (1st day of Gov. O'malleys 'special' General Assembly) to try Nelson on the lies the criminals forged on State documents.
Judge Russell refused to recuse himself, these motion papers 'disapeared'; however, I have the stamped photographs as proof that a motion had to be summited for them to be stamped!
They shackled Nelson detained for 11 days under a nick name, while they tried to cover up their last conspiracy to invade her home of three years. All evidence had been removed and put in safe keeping before they burnt four generations of Nelson's belongings.
Bill Evans went so far as to threaten me after his sorryness claimed to want to help and never entered his appearance and this is how this State murder witness was treated in Balto. Maryland.
I do want to thank Judge Turnbull for dismissing all the lies after I appealed to Circuit Court, and thank Judge Levitz, also, of the Circuit Court, he ruled that the Specific Performance case will go to court, however; Senator Stone was outside the courtroom when I was assured my case would go to fast trac after I waited 10 months for a date to settle on this property. Still waiting to no avail.
Now, how can I, Nelson lose my Peace while recieving an excellent legal education that some attorneys only dream about -- a case to the highest Court in our land -America's Supreme!

My congratulations is extended to Barack Obama who currently serves as President of the United States of America! The 2008 Presidential election was quite enlightening for me. I am hopeful that President Obama will bring the election to a close by sponsoring a forum for all 48 candidates!
My vision is that these candidates could gather to bowl with President Obama and share their experiences as candidates. We need to develop a positive camaraderie as we proceed with our campaigns for 2012. We need to work TOGETHER for a truly UNITED States of America.

After loosing the elections to Obama. John Mccain goes home with hope of having a wonderful Thanksgiving with his immediate family. Mccain flew into his hometown on his private jet but when he reached the airport, his usual guest didn’t greet him. There weren’t any balloons, the bands weren’t playing or crowds weren’t cheering. This was unusual, he didn’t even see Sarah Palin. He looked into the distance but all he could see was snow and his cold breath in the air. He looked at his secret service and even they looked shocked about what was happening. For 40 years his town greeted him every Thanksgiving, so WHAT HAPPENED.
He looked at his wife and gave her a smile then said, “Moneys been tight this year for everyone baby. Maybe the town couldn’t afford a celebration this year”
Mrs. Mccain looked at her husband with her devilish grind, “You’re probably right baby. Everyone can’t afford the things we have!”
Mccain grabbed his wife arm and helped her through the snow. He looked at his wife then said, “At least we still have our limo!”
Mccain’s limo was black and warm inside. The bar was filled with Champaign, just like years before. His secret service followed the limo in their black Yukon. Mccain could see despair in his wife’s eyes. He looked at her and said this while he rubbed her thigh, “Baby, I’m still your little P.O.W, right”
Mrs. Mccain’s wife batted her eyes then ran her finger thru Mccain’s hair and gave him a hug as he continued to rub her thigh, “You are my little soldier. Don’t worry!”
Mccain leaned back in his leather seats proud of what he just heard. But when he looked out his window it all disappeared, “What’s going on here?”, Mccain yelled.
Mrs. Mccain rushed to the window because she wanted to see. But what she saw she couldn’t believe, “Why do everyone in your town have Obama campaign signs in there yards!’
Mrs. Mccain looked at John and she immediately knew he was scarred. His eye lit up like a deer staring into your headlights, “I can’t believe it. My own people voted for Obama. What’s going on?”
Alarms kept ringing in John’s ears as he looked out the window and things slowly started to become clear. Most of the people he knew was in Obama’s below 250 thousand dollar tax bracket. While Mccain was trying to help the rich, he was forgetting about the poor. This is something that Republicans have done thousands of times before. As Mccain’s thoughts lingered as his wife started to scream.
Mrs. Mccain, “What the hell did you do? You lost to a black man. Now our lives are ruined. No one will ever remember you for being a prisoner of war. Now everyone will look at us and laugh. And our friends want come to our parties or to any of our functions because you were the first White Republican Man to loose to a Black Democrat.”
Mccain couldn’t believe what was ringing in his ears. He looked at his wife because he felt like he had to make things clear, “LooK!”, pointing, “This race wasn’t about color. I lost to a great man. A-----smart guy!”
Mrs. Mccain laughed, “You lost to a Smart Guy… You lost to a great man”, She paused, “You didn’t say that when you were running around calling him a terrorist. You didn’t say that when you made allegations that Obama was a socialist or he wasn’t fit to be President for the last 23 months”
John looked his wife dead in her eyes, “Now you listen here. I only said those things because your family was about to be taxed because of his policies, if your family loose money then I loose money. I didn’t marry you for only your body, Baby. I married you for power and your family seen me as an opportunity to increase their power.”
Mrs. Mccain was furious about what she just heard. Her eyes was red and her vision was blurried, “You little short dwarf. I know you are angry right now, so I’m going to act like I didn’t hear what you just said. But remember one thing! I made you and I’ll break you… Believe it..You had a chance to get power but you lost, I never lost and I can changed your world with a flick of the wrist”

As the elections campaign season winds down and early voting continues on to November,4th “ELECTION DAY” my prayers goes out on behalf of all of the people of these UNITED STATES of AMERICA and the world, young and old, rich and poor, black and white,and all other ethnic groups that makeup this beautiful country “America.”
I pray that we all continue on in harmony with each other (PEACE and LOVE) for the well being of America and the rest of the world.
I pray for all the people who worked diligently throughout the campaign, all those who gave of their time, energy, and resources, totally believing in a better America.
I pray especially for the candidates:Senator Barack Obama and his family,Senator Joe Biden and his family,Senator John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin and their families.
As we move on let us put away differences of opinions and truly get on with the real task/business of taking care of this beautiful country.

Dear Father God, in Jesus Name we lift up our Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates to You. We know that our leaders hearts are in Your Hnads, so we ask You to guide them in the way You would have them to go.
Father we pray You would surround them with wise counsel - men and women of integrity who place Your agenda and the good of this nation above their own and whose motives are for the which is right.
We pray that You would give our leaders discernment, understanding and knowledge so that our nation may know stability internally and abroad.
Father we give thanks for our Presidential candidates according to Your Word and thank You for working in and through their leadership so that we might lead peaceable and stable lives in godliness and honesty.

During my introduction at a local club's noontime meeting I stated there was a reason for where I was sitting. I, too had been a Republican like the members of the club. However, I have seen the right side of the table, of Washington and of capitalism turning into monopolies. I shook my head stating after the past eight years there is no way that I could have eaten my lunch with those who sit to the right of me. In 2004 I made the Change that Obama/Biden talk about. I saw head going up and down. I saw smiles on faces. I could hear the soft rumblings in the room.
It is my belief that every Republican in the room has been longing for change. The challenge to those are to go back onto the streets, to your place of work or home and believe you are much more than what your voter's registration states.
At your own table at home make that change to eat from the left side of your table. Change. Change your belief system. Change your attitude. Recover to happiness by making that change.
Hot off the DNC, Barack Obama and Joe Biden sat down with 60 Minutes’ Steve Croft for one of their first TV interviews. On September 4, Obama was interviewed by conservative Bill O”Reilly, of The O’Reilly Factor. Obama has spoken with interviewers all along the political continuum. To me, this suggests a grasp of the issues deep enough to tolerate scrutiny and probing beyond the sound bite. It also suggests Obama can face the tough questions here at home before he tackles the tougher issues abroad.
To date, “Pit-Bull” Palin’s “handlers” have declined interview requests with CBS’ Katie Couric or 60 Minutes, agreeing only to an interview with Charlie Gibson of ABC news.
What is she afraid of? Are Katie or Leslie too tough for this barracuda? Makes me wonder about her ability to go 9 rounds with al- Quaeda if she won’t go one hour with an interviewer.
The U.S. already elected a Palin lookalike--George W. Bush--a "pretty," likeable, electable young face with an earnest, authentic voice, ideological convictions and good intentions, someone "real," "like us," who didn't know much but who who was willing to "learn." The American public trusted and hoped that he would be instructed and guided by a range of wiser experts, as necessary. Consider where that got us. Should Palin need to step up to the top job, her office and her mind, too, will be taken over by the same little committee of small-minded, incompetent, warmongering political insiders who now direct her campaign, and they will once again run the country amok.
Hillary Clinton is the person best-qualified to speak to the legitimacy of Palin's candidacy. She can stop Palin's runaway train (wreck) from happening if she offers her best work now. Keeping Palin from succeeding will also support the likelihood that future well-qualified Presidential candidates will not have to run after the ignominious failure of a first, failed woman President or Vice President.
The McCain campaign would love for the American public to think this campaign is "about" being "for" or "against" Palin. It's not. It's about choosing between Obama and McCain on the issues that affect the American people. But the McCain campaign very much hopes we will forget about the issues, in the midst of all the Palin drama they'll keep stirring....
Palin will do a LOT to open feminism up to conservatives, so there is some good in that. She is in many ways a good, remarkable woman, just misguided and ill-informed. I admire her grit and her many abilities and accomplishments. However, I certainly do not agree with her politics, and she is in no way qualified to be either President or VP of the U.S.
No major party would dream nowadays of nominating a man with such weak credentials, so they nominated her in part in hopes of stealing the women's and evangelicals' votes, and in part because she is a very talented, smooth political operative. I would not entrust such an important office to an unqualified woman, no matter how appealing, and I will vote for the ticket which is best-qualified and most likely to solve our many global challenges and right our economy, and make the rest of the changes we need here at home--Obama/Biden.
Palin knows almost nothing about national and international politics, and on several issues, she is a right-wing extremist clearly out of step with most Americans. Shame on McCain. His gambit may work, but it's cynical and self-serving.
Palin is a good spokeswoman for Republican ideology, and certainly unique, and I wish her much growth. She has a bright future in conservative politics as a talking head for the powerful insider Rove/Limbaugh/Cheney puppeteer troupe (although they may find her harder to "handle" than Bush was--maybe not.)
But regardless of her politics, she is in no way ready to run our country in it's hour of greatest need.
Although admittedly, Palin is a big step up from Cheney....
Hillary and other feminists need to say, Yes, a qualified women for VP or President, but Palin is not qualified. I'm sorry, but Palin's face and style keep reminding me of Annette, the Mouseketeer. J-O-H N-S-M C-C-A-I-N! Sorry, Annette. But if it quacks like a duck....
I also think we need someone who will be a 24/7 President, as Obama has promised. He has pre-arranged the excellent care of his children with his wife, in-laws and friends, and they are counting on him to show up and be Daddy on occasion, but not to have any family responsibilities other than being father, husband, friend. He does not have five children, one a special-needs infant, one heading to Iraq and one young, unmarried, pregnant and vulnerable.
Clearly, Palin's husband will be playing the traditional parent-at-home job, and I suspect he'll be good at it. If Palin is willing to turn the raising of the family over to him and others, as Barack has done, and leave herself only the responsibility of showing up to be loving Mommy on occasion, as Barack does, then she can be a 24/7 leader. Otherwise we're gonna get cheated.
Both candidates should of course be with their families during major family crises, which arise more often in families of five children than of two children (see above). Presidents are also needed on the job during world crises. Enough said. I welcome the national dialogue that will occur on this issue, of just how much responsibility any parent of either sex can reasonably take on simultaneously at home and at the office, and still perform "equitably," satisfactorily, laudably
Obama's judgment and patriotism is so evident in his choice of Biden, and McCain's seems ever more unstable, imprudent, impulsive. Certainly Palin was not thoughtfully vetted.
We desperately need national leadership, and we need a clear vision of where we are going and how to get there, not partisanship. We need someone who can give us good reasons to pull together, not someone who's extremism will tear us apart. McCain is all about scaring people into voting for him, and about making people think this election is about Palin and not Obama or McCain.
By insisting that the media is to blame for critically vetting Palin, the Republicans are setting themselves up to excuse Palin from future unscripted media dialogue, interaction, and risky exposure. Palin's a maverick, it's true, but a maverick whom we know little about, who should not be cutting her pretty teeth on the Presidency.
By the way, I understand McCain will soon be shipping Palin back to hide out in Alaska to prepare for the upcoming VP debate. She desperately needs uninterrupted time to bone up on all the national and international “stuff” that she has remained happily clueless about for forty-four years. She'll also be able to stay safely away from the pesky (i.e.,"unfriendly") press scrutiny and risky unscripted media events Barack has been subjected to for the last nineteen months (not counting his previous four campaigns for public office.)
When the only tool you know well is a hammer, all problems look like nails, and McCain's most familiar hammer is the military. None of the national and global problems the next President will face can be solved militarily (or by a rookie testing out her learning curve.)
I once enjoyed hunting too, my daughter was a very competitive basketball player, I admire strong, ambitious, talented women and I love to see them get ahead in politics. But really, Vice President? I don't think so.... This is a big decision, folks. Let's all do some serious thinking about it's implications. Our lives and our children's lives, our money, the fate of the nation, the world, our very planet is at stake.

Recently I have noticed Sen. Obama that you have been inspired by those of us seeking Liberty. Your are a man with a unique sense of humility that we don't normally see in political candidates. You take the time to listen, and actuall hear what us common folk are saying. And what we are saying, through all of the talk, discussions, commentaries, and debates is that we are feeling smothered and trapped by big government. Government, as our fore Fathers designed it, is for the people and by the people; not for the government and by the government.
Sen. Obama I believe you truly see the faultyness of our system. How it is a system based on fear instead of on faith in each other. It is currently a system which divides and conquers us through bi partisanism as we seek to protect ourselves from each other because of our fear of one another in the throws of everyday survival; a subconscious endeavor. It is a system that needs to be placed back into the hands of the people, everyday people like you and me; not corporate CEO's, and those who have exorbatant wealth on a global level seeking only to further their own wealth at the expense of the middle class and poor. Where the common middle class, and quickly becoming impoverished, are lifted up again and called upon in service to their neighbors.
What has happened to us? Why are we so divided? Why do we go for years with out speaking with our neighbors? I tell you it is because we no longer have faith in each other. Accounatability, and integrity have grossly fallen to the way side. It's all about what is in it for us and getting our own needs met. Pick up a one dollar bill and you will find the words "In God We Trust", but the truth is we don't trust in God. If we did we would have love for our neighbors regardless of their faults and there by would have faith in each other.
Congressman Ron Paul has been trying for years to keep our faith alive. He has been the champion when it comes to preserving our system that is called upon to be "for the people and by the people". Words set in stone by God fearing men who over came their fear of human persecution to step up with the audacity of hope for a great new Nation two hundred and thirty two years ago. Sen. Obama if you are looking for a running mate who will tell you: "Hey, that's a bad idea", who has been consistent in his integrity, and is an expert in the field of finance (and medicine) the way not only our fore Fathers intended it but in the way that they themselves banked on, which was God's way, Ron Paul is your man.
I dare you to face the audacity of persecution by those in politics who have shunned him and blindly made fun of him "Dr. No". Us common folks, we like Dr. No. Because we know that he may not give us what we want when we are all screaming and kicking for a quick fix to something that has been caused by our own impatience and, for lack of a better word, covetousness; but we secretly relish in the fact that he does not enable us and holds us accountable for our blind ignorance like a parent to a child. For that his constituents re-elect him over and over again; they know he is wise and that he sees through the veils of fear and deciet that dwell deep with in our current system. This man we know as "Dr. No" has held to his principles and has not waivered. He is not bought and pays no allegiance to the corporate elite. And he believes that his party has gone astray. I am a republican because I believe in our republic as it was once established, as it is today it is no longer a republic and is governed by an over spent and broken financial system instead. All done by those in the party who have been nothing short of decietful and self indulgent. The party is awash in corruption and has lead many astray. Any real republican will tell you this. Such as Congressman Paul or Sen. Hagel.

Your party will scream at you, but the people will love you that much more. Your leadership is about loyalty to the people, not allegiance to a party. I believe you know this, listen to your heart. We all want the same thing: FREEDOM. And as our leader, ultimately you will have only one entity that you must answer to and that is the Lord your God. I pray that He guide you, that you live each day in His grace, keep yourself in constant conversation with Him, read His instruction manual each day, and that He keep your family safe and have all of you grow spiritually from this experience.

Our ChallengeHistorically, following a wave election like 2006, the majority party loses seats. In 1984, Republicans picked up 14 seats following an election when they lost 26. In 1996, Democrats picked up 9 seats after losing 52. In 2008, Democrats are trying to re-write the history books.
Our OpportunityOn the other side, there is a mass exodus of Republicans at a historic pace. 30 Republicans have decided to leave the House, the most in at least 78 years. Many of the seats are in competitive districts where the DCCC has recruited strong candidates.It is clear, Republicans are scrambling and demoralized.
Today, given the favorable political environment, the strength of our Frontliners, our strong candidate recruitment and voter enthusiasm for our message, the big story is that instead of just consolidating our gains, we remain on the offense. We are increasingly hopeful that we can not only hold our gains from last cycle, but grow them. We now anticipate 75 seats to be in play this cycle - more than twice the number of seats from last year.
By continuing to address our challenges and staying focused on our agenda of change, we can make history this year and create lasting change for America.

We've just launched a new social network that revolves around local elections called GrowVotes.org. We're trying to get people as passionate about their local representatives as their presidential candidates.
