Simple and FREE diet plan: The Obama Diet 

  1. Leave work at 5pm and head to your nearest Obama campaign Headquarters
  2. Pick up a canvassing map - walk the map knocking doors and talking to neighbors about Barack for 3-4 hours each night
  3. Head home and fall into bed, too tired to eat
  4. Extra points for full-day shifts on weekends!
  5. Extra points for jumping up and down during Obama Rallies!!

Just think...if we all follow this diet plan, not only will we all lose weight, gain muscle and improve our overall health - we'll be sure to win Barack Obama as our next President!

Hey, I've lost 12 pounds in 8 weeks and I know several others who've lost similar amounts. And don't forget that you can carry this plan into neighboring States who need your help with canvassing - and we now have a general election Voter Registration Push to further motivate us! 

We can do it - Yes We Can!!
