"I'M ASKING YOU TO BELIEVE. Not just in my ability to bring about real change in Washington... I'm asking you to believe in yours." This is the quote above on this page "OBAMA'08." I guess Barack's campaign thinks this is a good reason to attract more votes. Well, how many more votes will he get by stressing this reason, a line from his speeches during this final week?
To be honest, "asking" you to believe in Barack's ablity to bring about real change in Washington is not strong. It is less strong than "you know I have ability to bring about real change in Washington." I wonder what real change he has brought about since he became a senator in Washington. If he indeed has done so, why not show it to Iowan? Then, Barack can say: You know, I do have the ability to change Washington. Now I ask you to believe in yours such ability. YOU CAN DO IT SIMPLY BY GOING CAUCAS FOR ME.
I don't know why his campaign did not put a stronger line in his speeches.
