Twas the night before November 3rd and all through the states
The pundits were debating the ELECTION fates
In places like New York, New Jersey, Virginia and Nevada
The SILENT MAJORITY arose with a clatter
They threw the “Break Obama” curse out the door
And remembered the ‘dissing’ of Chief Justice Sotomayor
They were unhappy with the blocking of health care for all
The hate, the posters, “You lie!” and more
They were tired of REPUBLICANS with “just say no”
And felt that anti-bi partisanship had to go
They wanted “for the people” representatives to elect
And decided, “I’ll cast my vote” – What the heck!
Fed up with the Limbaughs, “Tea”, FOXes and such
They SILENTLY shouted “Enough is enough!”
Members of the “MAJORITY” spread the word
Make it happen on NOVEMBER 3rd!
